Clean, new, spacious INDEPENDENT coffee & sandwich shop right off I-70. Awesome sandwiches on homemade bread prepared while you wait. I enjoyed the Angus roast beef sandwich, plus took a cherry danish for the road! Staff was busy but still very friendly!

We are so thankful for you stopping by Cooper's Coffee + Eatery! And are thrilled you enjoyed your visit. We hope to get to serve you again soon!
Don & Sam made our visit to the Grand Canyon quite enjoyable and definitely memorable! Don led us on two great hikes and a planned a bike ride for our family. Sam prepared meals that were just "to die for!" They also worked with some special dietary needs. The "glamping" accommodations were very nice. We slept well and enjoyed waking to the sounds of nature!
Fresh made sandwiches and hand cut fries made to order. Draft beer from local craft breweries and draft root beer. Wonderful staff!
Service was speedy. Burgers were BIG, juicy and very good! French fries are just weird, halfway between fries and kettle chips; wouldn't have them again. Not much flexibility on a limited menu (for example, no potatoes except for fries). It's in a tourist town, but felt it was overpriced for the quality.
Chicken fried steak was killer! Big, heavily breaded and with a good side of mashed potatoes & smothered in gravy! Outstanding! Also order the Knotty TBS turkey bacon swiss sandwich with fries which was very good. Staff hustles and is very friendly. It's not a fancy joint, but if you're looking for GOOD FOOD, the Rusty Knot definitely gives you your money's worth!
