Badly under-stocked. I went there on a Sunday (2/16/20) and arrived at 4:30pm. They were completely out of Great Value bread (both White, Wheat, and Whole Wheat). Completely out of gallon sized water. Completely out of Minute Maid or Tropicana fruit punch. Completely out of Great Value tissues (3-pack). I understand it is Sunday, but this is too early to run out of this stuff.

Cashiers are usually nice here, but I am seeing less and less and more self-checkout. The self-checkout was a big problem in the past because the plastic bags would not automatically open when you pulled a bag off the rack. This wasn't as bad this time, so maybe they fixed it?

Would be nice if they were 24-hours, but they should at least be open until midnight.

9/16/18: I've had it with this place! Items that look like they are on sale are not being discounted at the register. Also, if you must buy a certain quantity of an item to get the sale price, the tag should say MUST BUY followed by that quantity. For example, if the sale price is 2 for $1, and you can't get that price if you only buy one, the price tag should read MUST BUY 2. I've been hustled many times at this place and it's often not worth it to drive all the way back to return items. Also, prices have gone up since they remodeled the store.

Car still had dirt marks and streaks after this car wash. More expensive than other places while doing a lesser job. For example, the exterior only wash is $11 here, while the one in West Caldwell is $9 and they do a better job. Basically, every car wash option at T&B is more expensive than the same options elsewhere. Only good part was that their staff was friendly.

Wow, can't believe they are closed. I hope it's just temporary. I ate there several times. Usually just order the special. Great food at a great price. A good meal at a diner will run you $15-20, but with these guys, you get that for $10. I hope they re-open.

Went here to buy a book. Cashier suggested that I purchase a $25 membership card. She told me that it would apply immediately and it would eventually pay for itself in the form of coupons I would be receiving. Later, I come to find out that the coupons they send are not for books but for items I do not purchase there (lattes, CD's, and other non book items). I tried to get a refund on the membership, but I was told since it was applied to the one book I was purchasing (10% off) that I was ineligible for a refund. They apply the card immediately when they sell it to you so you can't get a refund! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Barnes and Noble simply ignored them! Of course, I never got my money back. Also, I don't recall the cashier telling me that the membership actually expires in one year and I definitely don't recall giving them permission to enroll me in automatic annual payments. So I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone to cancel that as well. Never again!
