Amazing, helpful Sue is the best. I have 5 businesses with them as well as my buildings. They are on everything and I am soooo high maintenance if they can handle me they can handle anyone. Best customer service and super affordable. You can not get better then them!!!!

I feel bad they are only game in town so I guess that's why they can be such nasty people.
They have no competition so they can do as they please. I can not image how they stay in business. I feel bad they they are so backwards.

About an hour ago I was so disappointed in my experience I was ready to get rid of my iphone completely BUT DJ the manager changed my whole perspective on customer service in general.

He is amazing!!!

I was yelling and being down right mean because I was so mad. He on the other hand was calm cool and just down right helpful.

His demeanor was soft and kind.

He is an asset to the store and really cares about his employees, his store, and his clients.

I was really impressed and I do not get impressed easily.

The hotel is beautiful and the pools are gorgeous. But I stay at the four seasons to be taken care of and to not have to worry about the little things. I have stayed at other four seasons before and they are much better at just taking care of things!!!!!!! The staff is impossible they have wasted my time they do not have any idea about what they are being asked. They need to to be informed so that when someone asks them about the parks, hotel, billing, or restaurants they can give you information that is reliable so that your precious time is not being wasted. I like people that know what they are talking about and can help me when I am in a place I do not necessarily have complete information about.
