Pretty restaurant. Interesting and good food. Pleasant service. Small portions. High prices. I enjoyed my visit, but probably will not return.
I looked up their closing time (4 pm) on their website and drove over to try out their chicken and biscuits.
Their gate was padlocked when I arrived at 3:45.
Large Japanese/Korean menu. Sushi, poke bowls, bibimbap, etc.
Super friendly service, not crowded, very reasonable prices, open for lunch (and breakfast on weekends!).
I had the chirashi sushi. Lots of fresh fish. Could easily sell for $25, but they charge $15!
I expect to be there often.
Ramen is about all they do, but they do it well.
Usually a wait to get in, unless you go at an unusual hour.
I usually get the veggie ramen, and then ask them to add pork belly and soft egg. Try it.
This old 85-year-old Quaker Meeting House, near Dupont Circle, is a friendly venue for retreats, meetings, seminars, weddings, and so on, with several attractive meeting spaces.
Our group meets there weekly.
