Rotten people!! I have been with them for 25 years for roadside assistance. I pay for 2 memberships, and have done so for many years.
Today in NH its 5° outside and I called the Andover Mass location for a tow. I am sick so I had my sister put the key on the driver's seat so I would not have to get close to the driver. When he showed up I spoke to him from the end of my driveway and told him the key was in the car. He said he needed a flatbed and someone else would be here.
I waited 1 hour then I got a call from dispatch telling me that the driver wasn't comfortable towing my car!!!!!
What the F#÷+ AM I PAYING FOR???
NOW I AM OUT $175 TO HAVE ANOTHER TOW COMPANY TOW MY CAR 2 BLOCKS!! TRUST ME!! IM NOT DONE WITH THEM!!
THIS IS DISCRIMINATION!!!
I HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL JUST FOR THEM!
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!
THERE ARE BETTER AND CHEAPER 24 HOUR TOW COMPANIES TO CALL!!

I feel like services everywhere are getting worse and worse. THIS PLACE, just ignores everything I say!! I was in a HORRIBLE car accident, where I was hurt pretty badly. They sent me a message looking to reschedule, I told them I don't know when I could be there. I would call them when I felt better. I was injured pretty badly. 4 DAYS LATER!! I GET ANOTHER PHONE CALL!! I REPEATED MY LAST MESSAGE, 3 DAYS AFTER THAT- NOW IM GETTING TEXT MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS, TO MAKE AN
APPOINTMENT!! I have never been to this place, NOBODY ever asked how I was doing, I have been injured pretty badly!! I told them this has to stop, do you think they listened?? HELL NO!! Im done discussing this with them. Im going to be reaching out to the ATTY GENERALS OFFICE-( who happens to be my relative) Ive had it!! Wgat the hell is going on in this place?? This is very unusual behavior that needs further attention. I will do us all a favor and get them to investigate. Btw- stay away from this place!! Something fishy is going on!!

I am returning to leave another review. I should have mentioned that I do love the food at Naples, I have never had a bad meal. I have met the true owner several times since I have been in. When I left my last review, I was REALLY PISSED!! I was trying to figure out what kind of a tip to give the driver. I had no idea that you are charged an additional 2$ before the food even leaves the restaurant. It is something that people should be notified about. And who is getting this additional 2$?? Is it the store, or the driver?? When I called to ask, I was told by some snarky cashier she was the owner, and when I asked about the extra $2, I couldn't get a straight answer. I just lost my husband a month before this happened, money was VERY TIGHT at the time. $2 for me could make a difference whether or not I would be ordering from them at that moment. So for the one that left me that foul comment, why don't you find out the full story before you cast judgment. Or if you have any questions for me, ask me directly. Is this ok with you KAREN???

So my car was dying on me when I pulled up into mobile, the man I spoke with was very kind to me.. I was very upset of course anyone would be but I am in the middle of a move and everything I owned was in the car. Michael called me, he is a mechanic there, and I have to say his estimate was extremely fair, and a lot less than I expected. Michael showed a side of compassion I think he knew how upset I was, I've had a terrible week otherwise and this was just the icing on a cake! his kindness made me feel a lot better and his easygoing disposition was very calming to me, and I did not feel like I got screwed at all! I think that he's done a wonderful job and I would recommend Michael at Mobile on Mount Auburn Street to everyone is very hard for a female to get a fair shake on estimates because there's a lot of dirty mechanics out there, but Michael is definitely not one of them!
