Initially I planned to rent out my condo but Nick conducted thorough research and suggested I sell instead due to COVID restrictions and the possibility of the eviction freeze continuing. He was very open and honest throughout the process and kept me informed of every milestone. Nick went above and beyond by virtually staging the condo and creating a fun walkthrough video of the condo and community amenities. We received our first offer in less than three days after hitting the market! Unfortunately that buyer's financing fell through but Nick didn't miss a beat and quickly reposted the listing. The second time we got a cash offer and everything went extremely smooth. I'm thankful for everything he's done and keeping me informed. We even created an inside joke by calling the condo a "dark shadow" because of the strict HOA. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the DMV area!

Great service and steak! I read the Yelp reviews prior to my visit so I knew exactly what I wanted. I ordered the dinner roll service (which literally do melt in your mouth), the filet mignon (seasoned to perfection so no sauce was necessary), and a half order of the crispy Brussels sprouts. Although the menu said the Brussels would be served for the table, the staff accommodated a half order since I dined alone. The waitress was very attentive and a manager came to check on me while thanking me for visiting. I had one roll and some Brussels sprouts left and the waitress packed them to go. She also wrote the date on the boxes, which I appreciated. I also loved that she boxed them separately because I hate when my food touches.

This was my second visit with Kate and I'm thoroughly impressed with her talents! I'm always greeted and offered water upon my arrival. Great customer service, especially at nail salons is hard to find. I live in Alexandria and found this place after testing at the prometric close by. It's a little far but definitely worth the hike. Kate is the best!

I'll start off by saying, I hate the dentist. The smell of the dentist makes me nauseous and the sounds are painful to my ears. I found Eye Smile through social media and decide to try them out when I got a toothache. I messaged them through Facebook and got a response in less than 30 minutes. I called to make the appointment and was greeted with a pleasant tone. Fast forward to my appointment two days later. The office looks beautiful, nothing like I've ever remembered a dentist office looking (or smelling) like. That weird smell was no where to be found! Dr. Moreau sensed my anxiety and softly talked through everything she was doing. There was also a TV that helped distract me from the sound. I do need a root canal (pray for me at my next appointment) but I'm going back on Wednesday. Very great experience overall! I still don't like the dentist but I do like Dr. Moreau.
