Really wanted to like this place and went even after reading the bad reviews. Sat at bar area first. Bartenders were fine. They said the tables behind the bar were full service and they'd be over to take care of us. First we were given just pre-fixe menus, so we were led to believe the menu was limited there. Then we asked where the "ladies night DJ" was only to be told that's only "in-season". Learned we were given the wrong menus. Stopped seeing the bartender come by to serve us since she was super busy behind the bar. A friend joined us who was unable to order a drink then at all even though she really wanted to try whichever drink came with a little yellow duck inside.
We decided to eat in the dining area instead since we had a reservation anyway. Closed our expensive tab for just 4 drinks ($75 after tip). Was seated directly in front of the kitchen doors in the dining room and then left after waiting to be greeted at all. Friend remained drink-less. Went to Selva. Greeted quickly and ambience was superb. Won't be back to Georgie's.
Jersey girl here. So excited this place opened!!!!! Meatball Sammy YUMMM, Italian hoagie YUMMMM, you just don't even find rolls like that down here. My new fav place. Love the Sinatra vibe.
Made reservations for a party of 20 at lunchtime this past Friday. They said they could accommodate us. Had reservations for 12:15. Finally had our orders taken at 12:45. We asked for quick checks since we had a convention beginning again at 2:00. At 1:45 (an hour and a half after we arrived), we received our CHECKS... NO FOOD YET!!!... AND the waitress began collecting our cards. When we repeatedly asked where our food was, she unapologetically proclaimed she'd bring it out when it was in the window (like, end of story). Left without paying or eating.
I happened upon this salon on Sunday when the other couple of salons closer to me were closed. I'm so glad they were! Andrew did my pedicure and he was very sweet and professional. I got the basic pedicure and I was incredibly pleased with what seemed like an extended leg massage. Turns out it is just their process! Donnie then did my full set. He is seemingly a perfectionist when it comes to his work, which I don't mind at all! He'll immediately fix a mistake and dedicates time and attention to the shape and showcase of each nail. In fact, he seemed to care so much about how pleased I'd be with my nails that I remember thinking, "Wow, I wonder how expensive this is going to be..." so, imagine my surprise when my bill was less than what I'd typically spend on the same services elsewhere. Also didn't leave with any injuries, burns, or nicks to the skin. New favorite salon, for sure!!
Still no word, response, or acknowledgment from the owner. Wow!

Hi Colleen,
Erbelli's has been sold since January 2017 and is actually Erdelli's now. I will forward this to the new owners for you.
Thank you! Erbelli's management
Wow. I am extremely disappointed in the way Erbelli's handled my catering order from yesterday, as well as completely failing to make it. Because of the reviews and because my husband and I enjoyed take-out from there once before, we decided to take advantage of their catering menu for our son's christening. I called the catering hotline number listed on the website multiple times. No answer, and mailbox was full. So I called the take-out number on Monday around 2:00 and was told to call back when Roc, Ace or Levi was available. So on Tuesday, I spoke to Roc and placed an order for $150 worth of food including lasagna, meatballs, salad, and an assorted sandwich platter for that Sunday. I was having 15-20 guests at my house immediately following mass. The menu said they only needed 48 hours notice so I figured this was ample time. I gave my credit card info over the phone and was told I'd be charged on Sunday. I even called back on Friday to confirm that we were all set for Sunday. My husband and I are newer to the area. This was to be our first official party as new parents in a new area in our new house. I estimated 1:00 PM as delivery time but I said I'd call them when we were leaving the church. We're about 15 minutes from the church and 15 minutes from Erbelli's so I figured doing so would result in perfect timing. Our son was christened and I was removing his gown and buckling him into his car seat when I asked my husband to call Erbelli's and tell them they were good to leave now with the food. This was at ~12:45. Perfect timing. I knew something was wrong from the look on my husband's face as he spoke to Levi. We were told that there was an emergency gas leak at Erbelli's and that Levi called me and left me a voicemail about it already that morning. I obviously hadn't looked at my phone yet because I was a bit preoccupied, but it turns out that he did call me while we were in mass at 11:30. As he told my husband and as he said on the voicemail, he was sorry but they simply could not make our order for the day due to the situation. In the meantime, our family and friends waited, their cars idling, while we buckled up our son so they could follow us back to the house for lunch. It had been a long morning and everyone was hungry. I can understand emergency situations. I can understand that things go wrong. But there was absolutely zero consideration for me and my guests and the inconvenience we were now experiencing. There was no going above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure customer satisfaction. I was simply told "sorry, can't make it." I had 15 guests moments away from expecting a full spread for lunch, and I was left to figure out another solution on my own and had only a matter of minutes to do so. Had I been an employee or manager at Erbelli's, I would never break the news to my customer without firstly doing anything and everything possible to offer alternative solutions. Recommend somewhere else? Put a call in for me? Make my order at home? We were told they couldn't go in the building. How did they get my phone number then? I'm not certain what else could have been done, but leaving it as "sorry, can't" was not right. After talking up how good our lunch was going to be, I now had to scramble to have publix make a sandwich platter, send my parents to pick it up and have 3 pizzas delivered to feed my family and friends. My whole dining room table was set up in anticipation of multiple trays and I had even purchased plastic utensils and rolls (for the meatballs) now for no reason. I truly would be more understanding if I felt that Erbelli's exhausted themselves to help me out, but instead they left me and all of my guests hanging. Thank goodness this wasn't a 50+ person event because I don't even know what we would have done. Thank you, Erbelli's, for making what was a happy day into an extremely stressful and aggravating turn of events. There were a million other places that we could have selected to provide catering services for us yesterday, and we valued you above them all. If only you had held us in the same high regard.
