Had a few issues but management made it right. Thank you Mr. Martinez for your time and efforts. They eased some of the obstacles keeping me from making the most of my week.
Terrible time. Can't wait to change hotels. The service I was previously complimenting has suddenly gone and declines by the he. My door was ajar when I returned. Nothing found missing yet but I checked it and the room wasn't cleaned. So disgusted with the way I was treated. So noisy and no one did anything when guests next to me partyed all night long. Ruined my Sunday and now their WiFi is about to ruin my meetings scheduled today. Those meetings being the ONLY reason I stayed. And what I first took a lecture I overheard being given to another guest I now believe to be rude nonsense. Telling a guest she couldn't have people over but yet my room was clearly went into, graffiti remains on the walls, cigarettes in the stairwell and qutips too... I could go on. Didn't mind at first as I believed it to be overwhelmed staff with good intentions. Now I believe it to be rude power trips. Nasty behavior.
Some great employees but the rewards dpt sucks and the front desk staff doesn't follow through with the request they make of guests. Communication between Wyndham and the hotels' owners create such a nightmare of time wasting headaches you end up exhausted from the back and forth. End up staying and paying longer and more than necessary just to get a few hours of the day. If I wasn't hindered by transportation issues and pet fees I'd be long gone. Furthermore both my pet and myself have had diarrhea. The construction across the street starts going around 6:30am. I do believe that's a city violation. Too bad because the people and the city are great. The hotel and the sounds and corporate nonsense is the reason I give it two stars. Now the high speed internet they promise also sucks! Kicks you off and is slower than anything. Shouldn't take 45seconds to load a page to be kicked off a second later. Oh yes and bathroom fans don't work. Air conditioning is the best thing ever here however. That and a few kind employees or I would have only given this place a one star review.
Bummed it's closed. Looking forward to when she opens doors again. Clean, beautiful space and service with a smile.
Discovered while walking the neighborhood. Love the vibe, selection, the sounds, the staff etc. Prices are fair, coffee is great and some the music is amazing (the rest just good tee heehee). I recommend the baked goods and Americanos. I'll be sad when life doesn't allow us to visit as often but since it's nestled in a great hood... I'll be visiting anyhow!
Tried out because of a gift card. Very pricy but possibly worth it if you get the waters everyone but us were offered. Or perhaps a little massage? I thought 2 our 3 min rub was a basic service with mani pedi? No? Also, I'm not gonna ask to have the shape fixed as its embarrassing. But my biggest complaint is the way the arch of my foot was being handled. There's no callous there and so no need to scrub it so hard! I said, "Oh please stop, that hurts right there" and kinda moved ny foot away. The technician tightened her grip and continued. I'm assuming distracted by the conversation she was having not malice. So I said again, "I'm sorry, excuse me, that hurts, would you not use the scruber there." The technician working next to her had to get her attention before she stopped! Then my friend's nose was running so I asked for a tissue. I was instructed to go to the bathroom and get toilet paper. No free waters for us, just everyone else... Therefore, I just payed my $55 (minus gift card), tipped the 20% & won't return. Using the 5min I should have gotten in a leg rub to post this review.
Fresh items, great choices, reasonable prices, great customer service and can we say yum yum yum
