I have lived in NYC most of my life. I have also lived in hotels for a few years of the past 2 decades. I have never lived on Soho. After this stay the location is definitely an option for a next purchase. I am in love w the location for full time living.

The service of this hotel is beyond 5 stars. Mgmt helped and worked with us after hotels.com messed up our reservation. We will even be extending our stay, not by choice, but having a 15 month and we had a major dilemma w our condo ... The hotel has made all of us have a seamless transition.

The two managers Jennifer abd Stefanie were empathetic and really went out of their way. The other manger even followed up after we entered the hotel after a long day and night. Truly top of the line hospitality and property so well kept.

If I had to say customer service at the very top level. The staff is white glove service, clean, inviting and very empathetic with resolving the disastrous account caused by others in a different state,Florida.

Anyone that appreciates their time should know when you're dealing with your life line (mobile data) and spend hours in stores as well on the phone with customer service... You'll completely appreciate the expertise of the manager Everod and knowledgable as well as professional representative, Kirstie. She was entertaining my 15 month old daughter and Keeping us calm through a very annoying process. Imagine they had no benefit and had to unravel the mess "mess of an account" & 100s of dollars later. More importantly, patience is certainly a virtue.
