I wanted to order my daughter flowers and something special for her graduation from CU Boulder. I contacted Boulder Blooms and I cannot say how amazing they were to work with! They were more than happy to work with me in fulfilling my order. My daughter was thrilled with the arrangement and the candle gift set. This is now my go to florist in Boulder! Skilled professionals, staff who are excellent to work with, great communication, and arrangements are gorgeous!

I ordered flowers for my grandmother for Easter from Kens. She sent a picture of the arrangement she received. The arrangement I ordered looks nothing like the arrangement she received She was grateful and thankful however I am not. I understand during these times substitutions are necessary but for the price I paid over $70, for what she received is unacceptable. I called and expressed my dissatisfaction, and I basically got an I'm sorry, and they did not seem to care when I said I would never use their services again. ProFlowers arrangement arriving in a box would have been better than what was delivered by Ken's Flowers.
