Over 1 hour wait after being told the wait is 30 minutes.
When the Bolognese came out - there were 3 pasta tubes, covered by a mountain of red sauce with barely any meat in it and a Ton of Garlic.
Worst experience & food I've had locally.
If you're going to make people wait for over an hour - at least offer them some bread or something!! Terrible service & food.
WORST manicure ever gotten.
I asked for dip with chrome finish.
The lady took 2 HOURS to do the nails (had to redo them twice & STILL didn't get it). I was in a rush to pack before my flight & she wasted 2 hours of my time that I didn't have.
1 hour after I finally left this place - the chrome was already chipped & scratched. I ended up going back to get a refund for this terrible manicure service. She did the clear gel on top of the dip so SLOPPY & then rubbed the chrome in with her FINGER instead of using a sponge like all the decent Nail places do.. I wish I had photos of her 1st tries at my nails.. SO SLOPPY!! When I came back to ask for the refund, the lady had the AUDACITY to tell me to sit down so that she could TAKE OFF my nails because I "didn't like them"!
I had just moved to the area & was hoping this would be my Go To nail place, but after this experience - I'll never go back & will not recommend it to anyone. AWFUL! They don't know how to do nails here. SLOPPY!!
Maya did my manicure.
She can't speak English & is extremely RUDE!
We are staying at Ponte Vineyard Inn for my wedding and went to the Restaurant at Ponte for dinner with my family the night before my wedding. All was well up until the entree came out - Bolognese Pasta. Nowhere on the menu did it mention that this entree is extremely spicy!! I am VERY sensitive to spice. I had a couple bites and that alone gave me an upset stomach, diarrhea ALL NIGHT the night before my wedding, and into the morning OF my wedding!! I tried puking this stuff out but it was too late. Damage has been done. I left a message for the restaurant on their Review paper about it and asked for it to get to the Kitchen Staff & to the Manager. The Restaurant HAS to mention spice level for a dish like that! You have a LOT of weddings here in the area and it is MISERABLE for a bride to be to have to stay up on the toilet all night before her wedding!! I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the restaurant for this reason. Even my fiancé and father who got the same dish - Bolognese Pasta (which did not lost that it was Spicy on the menu) - got an upset stomach and had to take digestive enzymes which I always have handy because of my own sensitivity. They Never get upset stomachs like this. Again - either take that DISGUSTING dish off the menu, or put a sign next to it that it is EXTREMELY spicy!!
My wedding is today. I am writing this the morning of my wedding. Thanks again for ruining my night the night before my wedding!!

Dear O.S.
Thank you for your review and we are very sorry to learn about your disappointing experience.
The Restaurant Manager and the Hotel Manager have contacted you directly. Meanwhile, we wish you the very best at your offsite wedding today, and look forward to welcoming you back to Ponte Vineyard Inn as Mr. and Mrs.
We had some beef & chicken baked empanadas - they were delicious! Very authentic Argentinian.
We love this local spot as our go to for Mexican food! My fiancé gets the burritos & I get fajitas. Good quality & friendly staff!
