Previously someone at this store mistakenly read 'olives' when I ordered diced tomatoes. Since I had a free pizza due to points, not apologies, I decided to order it. The chicken that I ordered was perfect, the pizza not so much. Beef, diced tomatoes, and extra sauce. Check the pics. No sauce. I'm trying to support you guys, but apparently someone can't read. Not coming back. The staff is always nice, so you get 2 stars.

This is the most modern McDonald's I've ever seen. When you walk in, kiosks are facing you. Touch your order into existence, grab a numbered table tent, and you're ready to go! The door code to the restroom is on your receipt, so no guys hanging out in sweats for a life changing business deal. WiFi is free, restaurant is clean, and the food tastes like McDonald's. The best part is when I ordered and went straight to the restroom, my order was on the table waiting for me when I emerged(napkins included)!

The only reason I'm giving only 4 stars: NO MUSTARD TO BE FOUND. Are you kidding me? This is Chicago. What do you put on a Chi-dawg? Mustard, because it's sausage! What do you put on a sausage biscuit? Anyone? Anyone? Apparently at McD'a, you put jelly, which is the equivalent of ketchup. Get with the program, Ronald!

The biscuit was fresh and the coffee hot. I love the coffee, especially at $1.69 for a large.

This is my go to place for coffee. It's true that there is no drive through, but they makeup for it by being open 24/7! I frequent this place maybe 3-4 times per week and all of the staff are kind to me. Just this morning, Mujeeb had my order ready as I walked in the door. He greeted me as I walked to the counter, and even asked if I wanted a fresh donut that he packaged that another patron didn't pickup. I also watched as he politely asked a gentleman to leave who had apparently fallen asleep. That's the nicest, most professional manner in dealing with such, especially at 4 am! This restaurant is the most spacious Dunkin' location I've seen. Plenty of chairs and tables if you need to check your email. And my favorite kudos... they ALWAYS have every donut that I want in stock and ready to go.

2 days in a row I ordered through the app and they said that I had no order. I even showed them the receipt both times and they still said no order. One star because they gave me my order after arguing for 5 min and backing the drive thru into the street. I order from multiple locations during the week without any issues, so I don't know if it's the system at this store or the people using it.
