      I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali back in February 2021. Since then I have had to replace brakes, rotors, shocks/suspension a few other associated parts. We purchased the Ford extended warranty and no items were covere! I had to pay out of pocket over $4k for repairs.

      We also reached out to the dealership to see if they could assist us with the warranty issues and why our repairs for struts and shicks shoukd be covered. There was no help from dealership and ultimately we purchased another warranty and most of the items besides brakes/rotors were covered.

      I have been trying to reach somebody in the finance department to cancel my extended warranty and request a refund for the remaining balance of my warranty. Myself and my husband have tried to call since January 20th 2022. Left messages on 4 different voicemail lines at least 4 different times, spoke with sales personnel which said they would directly relay my message. It is now March 19th and we have yet to receive a email or phone call to assist us with our needs. I find the lack of response or follow through with this dealership completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I know the process to cancel a warranty and it literally takes a form to be prepared and signed and submitted by the dealership.

      If these yelp reviews are reviewed, please call or email me asap to resolve my concerns.

      Basically they will take your money and not follow through or assist after. We see not local, so we can not just pop up at the dealership to demand assistance.

      Best petting zoo for adults and kids. I first found this place when my daughter was in elementary school on a field trip. She is now in high school and we both still love to visit just to cuddle all the baby animals. Highly recommend this place.

      I have been going to this salon for over two years now for cut and color. I recently got married and asked my hair stylist Crystal Cross to style my hair for my wedding. She did beautiful clip in extentions, colored them perfectly and styled my hair georgous. I felt so beautiful and received many compliments. I highly recommend Crystal Cross for her hair cuts and color. Super friendly and professional. Try her out of your looking for a new stylist.       I met Chambers Pool when I started my new job in Napa. Mark and I had a meeting to discuss the properties pool and equipment needs. After working with Chambers for the last 6 months, I have confidence in the service, commitment to excellence and their ability to repair anything. I have had multiple items repaired from spa equipment, pool equipment, gates, deck seals etc. I know Chambers takes pride in their work and provides excellent service. I highly recommend them for commercial or personal pool service. In addition, their bid process and billing practices are flawless. It is nice to have a company that meets all my expectations.
