Nelly was really attentive and had a positive vibe!
Since, im a foodie, I probably won't be back...put a little salt or something on the food.
*pro- the $5 mimosa was definitely a great deal :)

Dec 11, 2022Convenient, because it's walking distance from my house, but I'm going to stop going for a while, because the price is not worth the portions (for tacos).
There's hardly any meat in the taco for $3 each (see picture).
I had the quesadilla yesterday and it was like 13 bucks, which I guess is cool and that was tasty at least......but maybe I'll try it again in a month to see if anything changes lol.

I've tried to call back, but it seems they have taken the phone off the hook!!!!!
The person that answered the phone said that either something was wrong with their machines or the person that made my food just didn't care.
I told him my situation and that I couldn't come to pick up any food because I am a nanny and can't leave all these kids here, and I proceeded to ask him what I be able to get a free meal or anything the next time that I come to this particular Burger king.
He said that he wrote my name in the book and that I could come and get another free and possible whopper.. why I'm so dang upset, is that I spent $20 just to get this meal so that I can feed these kids, that are vegetarians as a nanny and he did not give a dang!
This man hung up on my face when I told him that I didn't feel that just getting an impossible Whopper would suffice for my inconvenience.. now I'm here and I don't have any food to feed the kids that I nanny for, because it was extremely burned and inedible and not worth spending another $20 to get doordashed!
I understand that things happen but who in their right mind would send a very severely scorched and charcold vegetarian Patty to someone who just paid $20! If they need to shut off doordash maybe that's what they should do, but at this point I'm severely pissed and angry and if I were there in front of his face, I know that he would have been a lot more kind. Rather than hanging up on my face, when I paid $20 for an impossible Whopper meal.

Just realized I never hit "post updated review" from months ago.
Update:
I was so excited to refer my sister to this dealership to ease her stress and get her in a safe car before the winter hit hard.
Worst mistake I could have ever made.
Less than eight hours after my sister purchased her car it wouldn't even start!!! The dealership sent someone to pick it up to look at it.
They brought the car back, and it seems things were worse.
THE RADIO DOESN'T EVEN TURN ON.
SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE SWAY BAR, & CONTROL ARM.
The dealership picked up the car again and had it for about 2.5 weeks.
Granted they gave her a loaner, but it didn't matter, because when she got her car back, it was still in horrible condition.
*The check engine light was on
(we took it to a shop and the mechanic said the code shows that the catalytic converter)
*Front tires seems loose/shaky (maybe the bolts aren't tight enough)
*Still no radio
*The automatic starter doesn't work
*and most importantly a FAULTY CONTRACT!
(The total loan amount is doubled in the bill that we received yesterday!)
THIS IS SOME SHADY SHIT RIGHT NOW.
My sister called the dealership to see what was going on and at this time Don worked there and rushed her off the phone.
Then, I called the dealership, he listened, yet said he would call me back.
HE NEVER RETURNED THE PHONE CALL!
My sister reached out to him via text today, still no response.
I JUST CALLED 3 times to give them one last chance or benefit of the doubt.
The people answering the phone says he's there, but I keep getting his voicemail. Interesting.
I'm about to call one more time to give them another chance.
If you see this review, then you know what happened.

They ended up having quite a few vehicles that interested me, so spontaneously, I took a few out for a text drive.
I ended up falling in love with one of their Chevy Equinox's and decided to move forward in the steps to purchase it.
PROS
Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful!
My first point of contact was from Nikki, she was very sweet!
Jay helped me look around the lot and was a major help with processing!
Don, the sales manager, even in a stressful industry, always has a smile on his face.He worked very hard to make sure that I could drive my new truck off the lot, and I did!
Terry, the business manager was hilarious and made time fly by.
Quintan and one other man was very helpful as well.
I liked them all so much, I stopped by the next day to bring them pizza and my sister even bought a new car!
CONS:
Not too many.
I would just say trust your intuition when buying a car.
-A few little things, like one of my tires keep getting low (it's used so I didn't expect it to be perfect), which is a little annoying, but minor.
-My sister's radio doesn't work, but we have been communicating with Chelsea Motors and they are going to help us get her radio fixed!
HIGHLY RECCOMMEND.
Apr 3, 2022I waited 24 hours to decide if I wanted to write a review. But it's still on my mind and I'm still a little bit frustrated so here we go...
I went into Red Robin yesterday (4/2/2022) around 330pm.
It was really busy, which was understandable and so I decided to sit at the bar (because all I wanted was a glass of Chardonnay and a bowl of soup).
I'm not exaggerating when I say that I sat at the bar for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged me, no one said hi, no one smiled, no one said "sorry we're so busy I'll be right with you," I just got nothing.
I work in the industry myself, so I was at least expecting a "I'll be right with you" or even a hello.
I wouldn't even have minded if she would have said: hey I'll be with you in 10 or 15 minutes, so sorry I'm so busy. But again I got nothing.
Tickets kept pouring in from the servers and I noticed that the bartender was making all of their drinks and was really busy, again that's understandable, but no one could even say hello to me?
THIS IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD:
I noticed three men approached the bar and they were greeted and received drinks right away... How confusing? I don't want to bring race into anything but I felt so discriminated against. Almost like I didn't even matter.
Once I realized that the three men got drinks before me so easily, I grabbed someone that was walking by and informed her that I had been sitting there for 20 minutes and the men that just received their drinks were there less than 5 minutes... I asked her, so is there any way that you think I could get a drink as well?
This girl was so helpful! I had a long day and I really just wanted a glass of chardonnay! I tried to read her name tag it looked like her name might have been Olli or Holli or something like that.
A name ending with a I or IE.
She said she didn't know what was going on and that she would go talk to the bartender, she came back a minute later and poured me my Chardonnay.
The bartender's name was Heather. Heather ignored tf out of me.
I almost felt like I was pre-judged, like she was thinking, it doesn't matter or I won't tip good or something like that, but after waiting 20 minutes to even be acknowledged who will want to come and spend money and give their patronage when you can't even get hello from the bartender?
More time went by and I finished my Chardonnay, patiently awaiting my check, I didn't even want food anymore, because Heather never came over to ask me if I wanted food. Heather never said anything or did anything for me, to be completely honest, I noticed that she is probably a hard worker and she kept moving fast and what not, but it was so disappointing to not even get a hello from her, I know she saw me and I know she ignored me. She Ignored me! This is a blatant fact.
When the girl that poured my Chardonnay saw that my glass was empty sometime later, she asked me did I want any food and I politely told her no I will just take the check and she got it for me abruptly and I left. I don't even know if she was a bartender.
It's just really sad because I'm a bartender and a nanny and when I'm nannying, the kids love to come in to Red Robin, but I will just have to tell them that we will find a new spot.
