This use to be a really nice building (clean, carpet on the floors). The carpets was removed from the hallways. The elevator use to smell like grape (so good) and then they replaced the super. I actually saw a roach in the elevator. I am so disappointed. The laundry room was open 24 hours, now the new superintendent closes it after a certain time. The garbage in the laundry room overflows frequently. Smh.
I do have to give a shout out to Demaris at the Queens office. She is a doll. She is respectful, kind and patient. She is one of the good employee at Wavecrest Mgt.

This was my first visit and it was good. She is patient and kind. I was worried about how she'll treat my dog. She took her time and did a really good job with my Border Collie/Poodle mixed. You can tell that she really likes her job. I will be back in two months. I recommend her.
