      We were very disappointed when upon our arrival to the Denver airport - we received a very ugly call from the peak 1 dispatcher with a horrible attitude bc our flight was 45 mins late (out of our control and probably happens often) she informed us that we have used up our hour to stop for food and if we wanted to stop she would charge us another hour. Picture this- me pregnant with twins, i have 3 children with me and two grandparents (70 yo). The lady was lucky we were only 45mins to an hour behind. We are trying to start the vacation and get this unwelcomed phone call from miss attitude pants herself. Also- we were hungry. The driver to our cabin was friendly and stopped to allow me to use the restroom (again I'm 7.5 months pregnant with twins, thanks Joe, you the man!) We are paying this company $2,000 to take us to vail and to pick us up for our outgoing flight. On the returning shuttle, they are suppose to send an email out to confirm your pick up or text for some communication. My husband called to confirm the night before and the person said we don't send them until 8pm. So he hung up and woke up the morning of our departure with no text or email- so my husband called again....person on phone said oh yea i forgot to email you. We are good for 9:20 this am. Also, we asked for 3 car seats and on the shuttle ride back - they only brought 2. The drivers were very friendly but so disappointed with the dispatcher attitude lady and the car seat shituation that I would not recommend this company. They did pick us up on time and get us to our flight on time. So the end goal was accomplished however if you care about how you are treated and if your kids ride safely- you may want to pick another company. Just know also- I dont typically leave negative reviews- only positive but this one got to me. It's just did. I can honestly pinpoint it to that nasty phone call from the dispatcher lady. The other stuff I probably could have let go- but she set the tone for our experience.

      My husband and I had been trying to start a family for two years when we finally decided to go to Lafayette to fertility answers. The minute we walked in we were treated uniquely for our specific journey to start our family. Dr Conway and her team made everything easy and instantly the pressure was lifted from my husband and I. I don't wish infertility problems on anyone however we are blessed enough to have a clinic like fertility answers to help make our dreams of a family come true. We can't thank this Doctor and her team enough for walking us through the right path to finally experience a successful pregnancy. If you or anyone you know is interested in fertility treatment, I strongly recommend the team at fertility answers!
