      Shoddy. If I could pick one word to describe this hotel it would be this. A family member stayed here for three weeks on a corporate account. The carpet is gross with stains, there was a large unfinished drywall patch on the wall and the fixtures in the bathroom are rusty and corroded. There was also no toilet paper holder and no bathmat. He has already spoken with his human resources department and told them to find a different place for employees to stay for future trainings. I am honestly absolutely shocked that a Hilton property would look at this bad. To add insult to injury on the last day of his stay he asked for a late check out (Hilton Honors members get this perk) and housekeeping was banging on the door twice trying to get him to leave.

      After having our tax info for weeks, she finally asked for additional information on our file (only after I sent a follow-up email asking how things were progressing). When I questioned her on why she was asking for FIVE YEARS worth of receipts on home improvements that we did to a over million dollar property she immediately took offense and fired us as clients. In case you're wondering, I asked the question in a non-confrontational manner--just wondering why she would want something that the IRS would only ask for in an audit situation. (And yes, I actually have all the receipts, just not where I could provide them instantly since we just traveled here in our motorhome and don't have access to any of our files which are in storage, which she also knew.) She immediately fired us as clients and left us hanging with 10 days left before the filing deadline. Whatever you do, don't question anything she asks you, just be a sheep and go with it. Very unprofessional behavior.

      This is just terrible food. Totally tasteless. Vegetables were mushy. Not a good example of how Asian food should be. The potstickers were so terrible we couldn't eat them.
