The Hyderabad indian Grill

Surprised I haven't written a review for Hyderabad. This is a good spot and we have done take out many times to satisfy our Indian cravings. There are locations here and the Cities so if you're ordering (via Menuify etc) make sure it's for the correct location.

The food is reasonably priced, generously portioned and packs lots of flavor dimensions with each bite.

Ordered:
- Tikka Masala (4/5). Classic go-to dish. Can always make some extra white rice at home to round out this dish.
- Lamb Biryani (4.5/5). We love the biryanis.
- Samosa (2.5/5). It is a-ok. Not as good as others. Generally prefer vegetarian option

Great spot overall. Would love to try the buffet next to experience other Indian dishes.

Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about since the other reviews seem pretty good...but, damn, that was just bad. There wasn't one thing I enjoyed, and ended up throwing most of it away. And I usually like Indian food!

Ordered through Door Dash last night. The vegetable biryani was tasty but it had a thick black hair in it (found it about halfway through eating). The dal had absolutely 0 flavor. Maybe that's just how it is, but I'm pretty sure it should have flavor. The chana masala was fine but I was a little scared to eat it after finding that hair. Felt the veggies in the salad could've been fresher. They were limp and warm.

Pro: Portion sizes are large.

AMAZING. As an East Asian I have not really had much experience with indian cuisine other than knowing it's spicier than "asian spicy" haha, well decided to try Hyderabad after watching some youtube videos about indian foods. WAS NOT LET DOWN ONE BIT. Chicken 65 biryani, extra Raita(this compliments the spice in the biryani so well), GARLIC NAAN is a MUST, butter chicken (regretfully got mild). I will admit that this was SO good that I came back the very next day to fine tune my next order. The following week went a third time (3 TIMES IN 7 DAYS) tried some different meals, their lamb? succulent, chicken pakora? nice crunchy fun appetizer, the samosa? crunchy juicy delicious... their chutneys are all different and offer amazing flavor combinations.


Service? I explained that i have absolutely no knowledge on how or what to eat, all three times the front desk worker helped me through everything with tips on how to eat it, what to combine, even which fingers and hand to use... friendly and helpful would be an understatement. I believe maybe the reviews mentioning bad service could just be a human off day type of thing but my own experience was honestly very welcoming, helpful, and kind of fun honestly. Will i go back? heading there in the next half hour when they open hahaha! DONT MISS OUT ON INDIAN CUISINE ESPECIALLY FROM HERE!!

I came to this restaurant on a work break. It always smells really good whenever I drive by, so I thought I'd try it out. The restaurant was standard as far as appearance goes, but it was clean, and so was the bathroom.

The server that initially came to greet me seemed to lack interest or display even a modicum of cordiality. However, he promptly offered to grab me a drink. I ordered their chicken curry, mainly because I'm not super familiar with Indian cuisines. It came with a side of white rice, and the server recommended garlic naan, so I tried that too. The entree came pretty quickly and everything was fresh and hot. Some time after, a different server had come to assist me and he displayed a much better disposition in his service to me.

The food was delicious and full of flavor. But I will say that if you like your food spicy, but not too spicy, then choose mild. They have three types of spicy: mild, medium, and spicy. And I thought medium would be a good place to land. At medium, it was still way too spicy for me to finish. But the garlic naan was delicious. I will be going back with my wife to try more things on the menu.

The guy taking the order was good but the food was not. I ordered mutton Biryani, chicken 65 Biryani, chicken Manchuria, butter chicken, double ka meetha.

Biryani - just in one Biryani I had more than 10-14 cloves. It was spicy but not chilly. Lots of oil.

If you're looking for South Indian food, this place is amazing! We stopped in for lunch and had hot fresh crispy dosa and sambhar in less than 10 minutes. They were able to accommodate the varied requests of our group (no onion, no garlic for some, vegan for others). Everyone was satisfied full and happy! The chef cooked mini vegan uttapam for our little one. He absolutely devoured them!
Only complaint is the lack of a baby changing station in the restroom.

This place was a bit disappointing. The atmosphere and ambience is terrible. It's like they threw a few tables in an empty space and called it good. And it's incredibly confusing trying to figure out what to order. There are close to 200 items on the menu! I ordered the tandoori chicken and it was fine. A bit dry but with pretty good taste. But not cheap!

You know it's good when you only get water in a bottle.

The food is delicious.
Decent atmosphere.
Decent host.

Would recommend.

Food could be spicier.

Just poor. Gave me wrong order, good thing I checked before left. Then when gave me my ordered was tied so tight couldn't get opened. The slip showed was my order. When got home my order wasn't complete, missing items I was charged for. The over all food quality is poor.
