Terrible customer service. A blonde woman kept telling me she would never lie to me as she lied. When the crew showed up none of them wore masks but all of them had ak-47's "to protect our lawn". Crew was led by Nestor, who said he was from South Florida and his Dad doesn't lie as well and was sick.

I originally wanted to stay at a Four Seasons hotel in the Philly area, but this is all I could find. Not the Four Seasons I was looking for. Disappointed, and sad.
