Do you like your food to look as beautiful as it tastes? Are you a fromage aficionado? Cheese and charcuterie trays are a delight for the eyes and the taste buds, and they can be the perfect grazing option to elevate a holiday event -- even if it's just for a few of your nearest and dearest.
But putting together an expert spread takes some know-how and finesse. That's where Cultured and owner Jessica Mattingly come in! She will go over the different components of a great board, and guests will be able to try their hand at it with the help of special, optional charcuterie kits that Cultured will sell just for this event. More info on these will be announced soon.
All ingredients will also be released ahead of time too, in case you would like to source these items yourself. Or you can just watch -- you do you.
This virtual event will also include a mini tour of Kenny's Farmhouse Cheese in Austin, Ky. Kenny's has become known as one of the best cheese makers in Kentucky. Kenny Mattingly is Jessica's father, and Cultured will be Kenny's Farmhouse Cheese's hub in Louisville.
