- asked for a quiet room with no connecting door and got a room with a connecting door. House keeping starts making noise in the hallway at 8:30am.

Probably one of the best sushi options in Seattle. This is not an unbiased view. Massive soft spot for Shiro. Been a fan since 2005. Love his new place. Get here.

I was pretty sure Seattle didn't need another steakhouse before I came in here. I was wrong. The steak was excellent, but the real highlight was steak tartare. It's pretty rare at this point that I'll encounter a unique steak tartare that's really good but the sprouts and pickles somehow worked really well.

I'd come back.
