Amazing service at this location. The guys saved me a lot of money and offered a free tempered glass. Cheapest and quickest place I have ever found in the city.

My daughter accidentally shattered the screen on her phone and I searched out on yelp. I came across great reviews and decided to go in. The service guy was nice, professional and quick. He did a great job fixing the phone and the price was reasonable.

The phone screen was completed in a fast manner. An also dont forget to mention to get the tempered glass ( yelp offer! )

Really disappointed, they fixed my phone for $110 dollars, the screen was die. Before I fixed the price was at $70 after then $110 no choice I fixed. And then two days after the screen broke in my pocket. No idea why I going back and tell them the problems, the technician was pretty mean and don't try to understand anything. Anyway, they promised to make your cell phone brand new but they use all of the parts from after market, so I will never recommended this shop and those people. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.


Edit : For answer about your comment I fix my phone a week ago. And not two month so you guys are a thief's and liars. Well anyway that's not going to change my review, escape this place.

This place is a joke! I brought my phone in to be repaired.
They told me they needed three days. I returned in four days and was told they needed another five days.
Now that I have read all the reviews I realize it was my error for bringing it to them in the first place.
Pitiful

I took my wife's Mac Book Air into Zyvatech on 4/20/2015 to have the screen replaced. It took about two weeks to get the computer back. Once it was returned, it had seven screws poking out of the back of the computer (not completely, but enough that the metal is no longer flush). The computer also did not close completely. This was fine because the screen worked.

By July, the glue that Zyvatech's "engineers" used had worn off and the screen became detached. Literally, the casing around the screen opened up and the screen stopped working. I took the computer back in, and because it was outside of the 30 day window, they could not replace the broke screen. Even though the new screen was broken because of poor workmanship.

Because the front desk guy was kind, he said they would try to fix it free of charge. That was nice of them. It took about another 2+ weeks to get the computer back, and when it was returned, it was still broken and flopping around. They did not even try gluing it back together. Just handed it over screen open to the world.

I am livid. For $290.00 cash (I kept the receipt), I would have hoped for at least 6 months on a working computer. Nope, not with the fine folks at Zyvatech.

I know that the owner reads these reviews, and will probably comment that he's sorry. Well, if you're sorry, then do the right thing and replace my screen or give me a cash refund. It was Zyvatech's fault that it broke for the second time. Not the screen manufacturer or the owner of the computer, but Zyvatech's engineers and glue.

Based on the reviews, this looks like a fine place to take your phone. I would NOT take your computer here. I will never be sending my business to Zyvatech again, and I will actively try to dissuade anyone from shopping here.

THE GROUPON FOR THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I bought the groupon for $20 that put $40 toward my purchase. On their website it says that they normally charge $110 to repair the iPhone 6s plus, so I estimated paying $70 after the groupon purchase. Once I got to the store however, the guy working there told me that they took $40 off of the "groupon price" which was $130, so I would have to pay him $90 total after using the voucher. So if you do the math, I spent $20 on my groupon, so 20+90 is 110!!!!! THE SAME PRICE THEY ADVERTISE WITHOUT THE GROUPON ANYWAY! That's not a deal at all!?!??!?!? It's a scam. The man was not willing to hear me out and said "that's marketing!"

Absolutely unprofessional and never coming here again. Meanwhile ERepair down the block was having a flash deal for phone screens so you should go there instead.

Stopped in to get my screen replaced and my LCD repaired (my touch screen was both cracked and unresponsive). The staff was attentive and let me use the wifi while I waited, but I didn't really need it since the repair only took about 15 minutes.

And the cost? Literally half of what any place in the loop was charging for the same service. It was a bit more of a trek, but worth it 110%.

A quick thing that's important to know is that they do have storage fees. Another customer was fuming because he left his phone there for months. I'm not sure the exact details, but the storage policy is clearly laid out on a sign in the store. These guys get a lot of business, so don't leave your stuff there and you won't get charged extra for it.

Coming from someone who has shattered their screen a ridiculous amount of times - you cannot beat their prices here. They're awesome! $88 for an iPhone 6 repair when all the other places just down the street are $120. You can't even find that good of a deal on Groupon!

They fixed my phone quickly and it works like a charm now. I had shattered my screen extremely bad and they fixed it no problem. Champs - I'll be back again, but hopefully not anytime soon! ;)

I dropped my phone down two flights of stairs and it landed on cement. Great...

Well the Verizon store told me it was unfixable and didn't have the phone I wanted. Zyvatech to the rescue! Farhan was able to replace the screen and restore my phone to normal! Phew. Much appreciated!

Wow! So much better than that crazy Apple Store!
