Do not use!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered, they never arrived and I kept calling and emailing but no response. They took my money and did not deliver. I had to file a dispute with my bank, guessing they have gone out of business. Terrible business practice!! Don't take peoples money and be unresponsive. Close down your website and social media!

Do NOT order from this business, it's been out of business but Cindy's website and Facebook is still very active. Do NOT fall victim.
I ordered from Zuzu's a week before she boarded her business up, she never respond to my email nor did I receive my money back. Terrible business practice!
I hope Cindy Stevenson will never open any form of business ever again!

Thus florist missed delivery on my daughter's birthday with no communication until I emailed them. Then they said they would add more flowers for the new date which was to be delivered today. There was no delivery today! Disgusted with this florist!

Business is closed but still processing orders and taking payment thru shop pay. Do not order flowers online through this business!

I would NOT recommend spending your hard earned money here!! My husband ordered flowers for our daughter for her birthday but due to the ice/snow storm delivery was delayed about 4 days. That was not the problem at all, the bad weather affected everyone. I am upset about how the flowers were delivered. The person who delivered the flowers left them OUTSIDE by the garage door!!! I can't understand how someone would think that was appropriate. The only reason my daughter knew the flowers were delivered because I called the place of business and was told they were delivered around noon. I called to check around 4 or 4:30. Yep, she found them outside by the garage door!
When I called back to complain and ask to speak the manager I was told the manager was the one delivering!!
I was also told they CALL when they make a delivery to make sure the person knows the flowers are delivered!
The number given was my number and I received NO calls, texts or messages!!
I will not be using them again and I regret I used them at all!!
I realize this post will not affect them one bit. They don't care enough to make sure a loved one gets their flowers-they sure don't care about my complaint !!

Got some flowers for my boyfriend's mom from here! They were beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Both the girls working were super sweet and helpful :)

Zuzu's did my wedding bouquet. They created my perfect bouquet. It' was exactly what I pictured and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Highly recommend!!!

Just returning from the most gorgeous wedding I've ever been to! My daughter and new son-in-law just got married yesterday at Top of the Rock in Branson. Everything was beyond our expectations and exactly what Molly had envisioned! We disassembled everything we could to bring home with us to keep the memories alive a little longer. Needed to send flowers for a funeral, but I live out of town. Always hate having to trust that the flowers will be pretty and worth what I've spent when the florist knows the sender will never see them.

ZuZu's did an AMAZING job. Our friends were blown away by how beautiful the plant dish was with fresh flowers. She said it was the most beautiful one they had ever seen.

The staff was so helpful on the phone I felt confident when I ordered it, but always good to know my confidence was earned. I'd recommend Zuzu's for any floral needs!!

I would HIGHLY recommend ZuZu's! I used them for my bridal pictures and my wedding in September and I absolutely loved my flowers! I had visited a few places before deciding on ZuZu's. I went with ZuZu's because they are very good with working with your budget and Cindy is so laid back and easy to work with. We had absolutely no problems at all. I changed around my order a lot and cindy was always very flexible. I gave her pictures of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I wanted BUT even better! Very impressed with the service! Thank you for making my wedding a dream! :)
