Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar

I am a big fan of Zinburger as they always have good prices on their food. Their happy hour deals are a real steal when you are craving a burger and a drink.
They have a large selection of beers and wine that can accompany your burger or any appetizer.
I actually never tried making my own burger here, but I am sure it would be great.
I really enjoyed their zucchini and sweet potato fries.
The inside is really spacious. I like how this place gives you space from other customers. I feel like at other restaurants, it is hard to really have a conversation without hearing what other people are saying or having other people listen in to your conversation.
They also have great milkshakes. I tried the birthday cake one and the bars of zin.

Finally a perfectly cook burger on the first time! Stopped in on a whim and feel in love. Does the decor of the restaurant was very trendy beyond clean tables with a butcher block in late and great distressed wood floors this place was very nice. I sat down and noticed a great menu simple and it's design but executed perfectly.

The coke was good )a little flat for the first one) the milkshakes looked amazing, although I did not order one because I would not have finished it (certainly will put it on my list for my next visit). I ordered the prime rib burger all I can say is OMG! it was perfectly cooked to a medium au ju sauce was amazing.

If your read many of my reviews you'll know service is very high in my list of things in a restaurant. First my server Rhett:
Great job with being patient as we tried to figure out what we want to eat given my son had a liver transplant due to a dairy allergy.

I ordered a PB&J for him and Tater tots, what really impressed me was the "dynamic duo of Rhett and the manager Kevin.

Much to my surprise Kevin stopped by the table and mentioned the bread used for his sandwich had dairy in it. He offered a few things like fruit since the menu was limited for non-dairy options.

What his stopping by affirmed was the communication between the front and back of the house, between management and chef/cook.
This was great to know that our dietary concerns were both a concern for Kevin and Rhett.

Great job, great food, and great atmosphere make this a must visit!

Zinburger is very appealing aesthetically, though aside from the visual, it's pretty standard fare.

I have been here several times, both for a full meal and another time for drinks. Both experiences had decent (if unremarkable) food and drink items, though service was lacking. Our server during the full meal made infrequent callbacks, and the time I came for drinks the bartender disappeared for fifteen minutes after giving us our menus. What's confusing is this attitude seems to indicate the food/drinks are the important part of the experience, though in truth they are entirely forgettable. The variety of menu items is impressive, though things are made more pricey by the fact that every item is sold separately: no side with your sandwich, that's extra.

All in all, I think I've given Zinburger enough tries, and I've come to the conclusion that it just doesn't provide the quality of service or fare to justify the prices when compared with alternatives in the region.

- Lots of menu options.
- Attractive interior and exterior, definitely enough to impress anyone you bring here.

Cons:
- Service is iffy.
- Food/drink items are not bad but also not especially good. If you've forgotten all about your meal the next day, that should tell you something.

I thought the place was great! We were here completely randomly while on a drive to Richmond for soccer tourney.
The place is enormous. I was almost shocked at how big it was. The decor was great and there was a bar and many TVs playing all kinds of mostly sports programs.

The service and burgers were great. My son is pretty picky but he devoured his burger. I actually ordered a salad with salmon. The salmon was grilled to perfection. Flaky and juicy. Loved this place!

A-Okay. Not sure if Zinburger has any relation to the Hopdoddy Burger Bar chain in Southern California, but just about everything from the interior to the menu seem to hint at they are the same.

Stopped by this one for a late lunch. No problem grabbing a seat at the bar. Service was prompt and I ended up trying their Veggie burger and their Lot No. 3 IPA by Evolution Craft Brewing Company. Burger was pretty good. Deceptive to the point it almost tasted like a real beef burger, but will say that there's a whole lotta bun. Ratio from bun to burger content seems to lean more toward bun.

After tax and tip, large beer and burger came in right around the $20 mark which seems a bit on the pricey end. Note that burger orders don't come with a side of fries as all side orders are a la carte. I would think this one has a hard time competiting with Yard House just down the way, but if you're looking for something a bit more mellow and a better burger selection, Zinburger is definitely the way to go.

Came here on a Saturday night with a party of 11. They were the only place that was able to seat us without a wait. I got the breakfast burger with no buns and zucchini fries. The food came out in a timely manner. My burger was pretty good, they gave me lettuce buns instead of real buns which I appreciated. The people who did get buns, the buns did look really good. The zucchini fries were really good but I thought they would be breaded in parmesan cheese instead or flour batter so it is not keto friendly! I still ate it anyways and it was tasty. It was a bit pricy. They burger didn't come with any sort of sides or French fries. The breakfast burger was $12.50 and the zucchini fries were $7. I thought it was a bit steep. Other then that, it was good. Service was good as well.

This place is awesome. They have delicious specialty burgers and shakes! The sides all come separately and are quite large so I recxomend sharing if you can.
I had the special of the week "burger" which I cannot recall the name of but I believe it started with an "M"(?) LOL it was DELICIOUS. Like probably one of my new favourites, it only comes with a bottom bun (which is perfect because i and sometimes too much bread overwhelms the burger itself) and this amazing sauce I will 100% be ordering again.
The staff is amazing, in particular Bri who was so helpful and patient with me as I am so severely indecisive. They're all so friendly and is a great place to get a bite to eat or do a nice lunch or dinner with a friend.
TRY THEIR MILKSHAKES, you will not be disappointed. Also you can make them adult...(;
Anyways, 5 out of 5 stars! Will be back very shortly with a large appetite.

I am very surprised that I never tried this place out before. I came here with some friends for dinner. When we walked in, it didn't seem busy. There were tables open, but we still had to wait like 15 minutes to get a table. I did notice that the wait staff were slow on cleaning the tables off. When our hostess led us to our table, the table was still dirty and she had to wipe it clean. Aside from that, the food overall was delicious. I ordered the zinburger and truffle fries.
The burger was a little messy, but still juicy and meaty. I liked addition of the caramelized onion and manchego cheese. The cheese was very gooey and it hit the spot. The truffle fries were crispy with a hint of truffle oil. They also make hand spun milkshakes and floats. Even though the service was not that great, I do want to come back and try other burgers offered on the menu.

I don't usually get burgers when I go out to eat because I always feel like I can make them way better at home. My co-worker and I decided to try this place though after hearing a lot of great things and reading some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at how great everything turned out. First off upon entry, you are welcomed by a friendly host. The menu offers an incredible selection of meat types, toppings, sauces, and sides. I went with the El diablo burger with the double truffle fries. The burger was cooked to perfect with a warm pink center. There were a few different types of peppers and a mildly spicy sauce. The fries were big enough to share so don't go crazy and order too many sides. I went a little overboard and ordered a butterfinger milkshake to go which was the perfect compliment to a great meal.

Overall, excellent place! I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for great atmosphere, delicious burgers, and awesome sides.

Okay so I heard good reviews about the place. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype.

Pros
1. The host that greeted and seated us was nice.
2. The truffle fries were good.

Now for the cons.
1. The waitress had an attitude as soon as she walked to our table. Each time she came to the table it seemed to get progressively worse and we really didn't ask for much except two drinks, an appetizer, and our meal. Guess it wasn't a good day, but if a customer tells you it's their first visit you should at least try to provide good customer service.

2. My son's food had to go back twice because it was incorrect.
