I had a friend post and recommend this place on Facebook as a thrift store furniture so finally checked it out on a Saturday. I was confused and still was after looking them up.
So, Zicknacks and Treasure Trove Fleatique both share same address and signage is for Treasure Trove Fleatique.
Once inside, the downstairs has used furniture while upstairs has booths for different vendors of used items, a lot of it vintage. There is even a plant booth which I loved and purchased a couple plants at a good price.
Sooo, after coming home and searching online I am deducing on my own that Zicknacks occupies the main floor/downstairs portion of this venue of furniture and furnishings (I never saw any signage-- did I miss it?) And other vendors occupy upstairs. I must admit this particular visit there wasn't that much furniture but I can see that this is a good option when searching.
The cashier is on the main floor near the front door.
Searching online it shows Zicknacks also does donation pickup and has Hauling services.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sharon B J.PA, PA022Mar 10, 2024
Sickness was referred to me by a friend. Their services were invaluable at after the death of my mother. Her personal care department needed to be emptied within a few days to avoid paying the next month's rent. The kind men removed large and small furniture, clothing, and other items. I met my deadline feeling grateful for their help.

I hate leaving a bad review, but take transparency seriously and wish I would have read reviews first.
We decided to repurpose a spare bedroom which turned into going through our entire house to find stuff that we no longer needed.
When I saw the pile of barely used, useful things (almost new queen size mattress, microwave, keurig, wooden hamper, decorations, other small kitchen appliances)... I realized that I needed to donate the items and started googling places that gave back to our community.
When I was googling to setup a Veteran pickup, ZickNacks was advertised and was in our community. I submitted a form, called and texted. I ended up texting back and forth with someone from the organization.
I told them exactly what we had to donate. I chatted back and forth and was told that they would take everything, but the clothes and shoes (which I understood). We scheduled a pickup time. We unloaded our vehicle (we had originally planned to just take it to Goodwill) and brought everything inside which was inconvenient, but I told myself was for a good cause.
The day of pickup, we put everything on our side porch. The driver arrived... alone. I was shocked that a single person would be sent to retrieve a queen size mattress and I'm not sure how he would have gotten it into the truck if my fiance wasn't here to help. He was incredibly kind, but per orders... had to go through our stuff and submit pictures to someone at ZickNacks who told him what to take and what to leave. This wasn't ever explained to me or mentioned to me. If we wouldn't have been home, we would have had no idea why our stuff had been picked through and left.
They only wanted the mattress and the microwave. Before agreeing to pickup the mattress, I had to submit photos of it (which I understand)... I went ahead and left a very expensive allergy cover on the mattress so that it would be protected during the move and arrive to its new owner in great shape. The mattress was moved in the bag (ruining the bag)... but then the driver had to REMOVE the bag... that was protecting it... to strap it into the truck with filthy straps that marked the mattress with black stuff.
Honestly, I feel duped. I regret choosing this organization to donate to. I was happy to donate our belongings to ZickNacks, but I NEVER agreed to having someone come and "shop" my donation pile. I wish I would have gone with somewhere else. If they only wanted the mattress and the microwave, they should have been upfront about it... I kind of get the feeling that they said they would take it all, just because they wanted the couple of things... and didn't plan on taking the other stuff.
I won't ever donate or support them and would recommend finding a different organization to donate too as well.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This was back when we offered a FREE donation pick up of items in good condition. We now charge a pick up fee to remove everything no matter what the condition. We now offer junk removal.

Nick was very helpful and when something went wrong he made sure to fix it. I got used furniture in wonderful condition at a very good price. If I need any furniture I will definitely look at Zicknacks!

Issues parking.
Don't drive to drive around back your vehicle will bottom out either going down or coming up.
If you park in small shared upper lot, it requires you to walk down a nerve wracking metal staircase. Walked in setup like a furniture store in which each little space has a living room displayed or a bedroom.
It doesn't have all the fun small interesting items like it did when on Rt. 88.
Didn't care for the vibe at all.
Customer was annoyed and told to come back another time.
I sadly will not be back again despite it being in my backyard.
I suggest going to Miller's Crossing on Crane Ave 92. Just below Brashear Highschool. Only daily 11-6p 7 days a week. Friendly staff. Place is Enormous.
No I'm not affiliated with them in any way. I discovered the shop last week. Will definitely frequent on a regular basis as this is also in my backyard.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Thanks for your feed back. We will work on making it a better experience. It is a 5,000 square feet building per floor. We are expanding as we can. Soon we will have the 3rd floor with more furniture items. Also we will be fixing the back area parking lot for more parking options.

I don't know why all the bad reviews I love this place! So what they don't require you to wear a mask?! If you want to wear a mask then you can wear one; If you don't want to wear a mask then you don't have to. I like that they allow their customers the freedom of CHOICE! We've been coming here for years and have gotten a lot of nice furniture at affordable prices. If you are looking for furniture that won't break the bank then check out Zicknack's!!! You won't be disappointed!

Not worth it. Came before noon on Sunday because that's the hours posted on their site. Don't open til 1. Looked into the door looked very small and there wasn't much. Not worth a trip at all. Looks more like junk, there was more out by their dumpster than inside. Hard time believing they support or donate to anything as their web site indicates because there were no signs, it was so small, and looked like some persons garage more than a bonfire store.

I thought this was a good place to donate. I even gave them a chance after reading some other reviews. I wish I hadn't. I called to schedule a pickup and told them everything I had. They were really nice and said they would take it all. Whenever they showed up it was really weird/almost shady. They went through every bag and item and only took the hot ticket items. I ended up taking the rest to Salvation Army and they were very appreciative. I would not recommend Zicknacks to anyone.

We used to do a free pick up where we only took items in good condition. We now charge a pick up fee and take everything. We will even take items in poor condition since we charge a removal fee.

I used Zicknacks to remove the furniture from my mother's estate. The two guys did a nice job although they showed up late and with a truck that had stuff in it from a prior job. Consequently they were not able to complete the job and had to return a week later. Scheduled for 9am on the second Saturday they showed up around 11am and loaded the additional furniture but were unable to fit a large sofa bed in the truck. They promised they would be back but upon calling the owner I found that he wanted an additional amount to come back and take the sofa bed that was now standing up in the front yard. I refused to pay more as they already were paid $400 and had all the furniture. I believe that that they should have finished what he had contracted to do. I would avoid using this company. Also they pretty much destroyed the molding around one door opening gouging the wood in numerous places!

This was an unusual amount of items that we were never told about. We were told it was bedroom furniture and dining room furniture. It was a hoarder furniture situation so after filling up 2 truck loads of furniture in our huge 16 ft box truck we told him we would have to charge more to come out a third time to fill up our truck again for the 3rd time. He had our guys removing more furniture from the attic which was never discussed or even showed to us at the first visit. If he would have sent photos or would have been honest about the amount of furniture we would have told him an accurate price. We tried to make things work out by letting him know we could take the rest of the items that were never discussed for an additional charge. He said no. So please send us an accurate list of what is going or send accurate pictures and this will not happen.

This store has beautiful items for sale, and while it's clear they don't just take any item into their shop, it means what they do have is quality and worth the money. Certainly somewhere I'll shop again.
