I will start by saying customer service is good. The kid who came out was very professional and did a great job communicating. In saying that it's been 3 days since the clean and so many spots have resurfaced. I send a message and of course in the "contract" they want to charge another 75.00 to come back out and redo the landing. However the guy who did it says they would come back if needed didn't mention it's going to cost me again. I had high hopes

Before we moved, I arranged to have the carpets cleaned at the new place prior to our moving day. The scheduling window to have this work done was pretty tight, since the home's previous owner didn't initially have a concrete move-out date, and a cleaning crew for the bathrooms/kitchen/etc. was going to do their work around the same time. Zerorez was flexible with us, and we came up with a schedule for the carpet cleaning to be completed in the midst of everything else. On the day of the work, they showed up right when we agreed and started/finished on time.
I took advantage of a promo offer covering carpet cleaning in 3 rooms for $149. Since I wanted to clean all carpeting on the second floor, I ended up purchasing 2 $149 promos to clean 4 bedrooms and an upstairs "Rec Room". In addition to this, I also had to pay $35 for the upstairs hallway, so I'm not sure how much of a value the promos turned out to be in the end. The technician was successful in convincing me to add a protectant ("615") coating for the 4 bedrooms, which was an additional $45/room. I was able to use another promo for $20 off, so the final total was $510 after tax and an environmental disposal fee.
The technician was very friendly and transparent about the way they bill their work, and answered all my questions. Since having completely empty rooms to clean was a rare opportunity, I was more open to paying extra if it meant the carpets were not only cleaned but coated with a protective layer for the coming years. Still, it helped convince me to go the extra mile with Zerorez's Services because I was dealing with someone who was pleasant and not pushy.

Needed carpet cleaned for my final move out. Appointment made with Zerorez 2 weeks prior and they cancelled the day of stating they had equipment failure and could reschedule for next AM for first cleaning. I drove back to my old condo and waited 2 hours before calling to get an ETA and was told the tech hadn't arrived to the shop but would be there. i waited another hour and called and was now told the equipment was still in need of repair. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he may not answer. I called the manager, no answer, left a VM, and no return call yet. Do not use this company if you expect reliability, professionalism, and great customer service. I wasted a day and a drive that took me 30 min for nothing.

My carpets were cleaned by zerorez in July of '23. After the carpets dried I discovered that if I wore white socks they became blackened on the bottoms when I walked on the supposedly clean carpets. I am very disgusted with the work they did. My carpets are not clean! I have called several times to speak to a manager but have never been able to. My request to give the manager a message to call me with the Tukwila office has gone unanswered now for a month. They state in their advertising that they will make it right if they didn't get it that way the first time. I have to say that they are very difficult to deal with if you have a problem.

Please don't waste your time to trust this company's service and their estimate quote. Because those estimate was just as their FAKE ADVERTISE. They really don't care their company reputation. It looks like there was a job procedure, when their service people came to the job site; they will first declare no guarantee for their carpet cleaning job for those original estimate quote. If you want them to warrantee for their own cleaning jobs, then they will try to provide you some new product to ask for $100 dollar more than original quote. I had not had my carpets cleaned in a while; I am a senior citizen and dont have lot of visitors. So the carpet really need a good cleaning. The young man was very patient, kind and friendly. He took his time and followed my instructions as to what I needed to have done. I will us this company very time I need carpets or floors cleaned. Excellent job!

I was disappointed in how much all the add ONS where. Their quote is more like them showing up with water in the truck, but if you want clearer it's an add, if you want spot removal it's an add, etc... their technician was really nice. I was just disappointed in how the quote went from $199 to by the time he was done adding basically everything needed to actually clean the carpets it was over $400.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Specifically for the morning. Scheduled without a problem. Was told a technician would contact me a day before to give me a window of arrival. No call, no contact. This isn't completely unexpected, many businesses or delivery places say they will call and don't. I roll with it, assuming they would show around 8-10 am. Get up really early, move all the furniture and prepare for cleaning. Getting a little nervous about the timing, so I called. They say that they can't get out till 2pm in the afternoon because the booked an earlier appointment with another customer. This will not work. I won't be home at 2pm and SPECIFICALLY asked for a morning appointment and was told "no problem". They offered to reschedule. I had put in a lot of work and planned my day to work around the morning scheduling. Lots of carpet cleaning services want my business. DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO. Keep your word. We have a big house, expensive job to do. Very disappointed.
