Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

ordered a party platter a day in advance. paid a day in advance. Arrived at scheduled time and they never heard of me. Good thing I had my receipt. Twenty minutes later and I got my food. And they started the party without me.

Someone please tell me if this looks like 5 boneless wing? Togo order and no sauces. This happens so often that I'm starting to wonder if the employees just pocket them.

This is by far the slowest Zaxby's I have every been to. I order Cobb salad and it took aleast 20 minutes or more to get it.

This place is a service nightmare. Repeated order 5 time and get to the window and quoted back the wrong order, incompetence. Then give me my meal, and no drink, but was quick to patronize me for her incompetence. How they survive, no idea.
Not that it matters, I refuse to ever go back.
Hire quality people or close the doors until you can.
Wait in line at Chic fil A, staff professional and time wasted for significantly less volume at Zax, well worth the wait.

This is a good Zaxby's location. The food comes out fresh and hot, the service is friendly, its usually clean inside. No complaints here.

Some tips for eating at Zaxby's - they charge $0.25 cents for extra sauces, but you can substitute the Zaxby's sauce that comes with your order for any other sauce, including any of the wing sauces.

Fast service with friendly staff. We had a large order which we placed online before arriving and everything was accurate, served hot and delicious.

Salad was old. Chicken wasn't hot. Usually love a salad from zaxbys. Service was good. Busy so had to wait. Team member was friendly. Store clean

This is usually probably the most popular of mine go to fast food place I mean everything here is good including service food the place and how it's clean so I recommend this for anyone who like chicken fingers or tenders

So disappointed in the quality of the food here and the slow, rude service that i have encountered.

I go through the drive through, not fast by any means. I get the food and it's cold. Asked for a military discount and rifle told "nope we don't give that here". First Zaxby's ever that we haven't received a military discount.

Will never step foot in there again. Rude employees and ever rude manager.

This Zaxby's is descent. The drive through tends to get a line, but they keep it going pretty well. Their service is okay and they typically get your order right. I would recommend giving this location a try.
