I took my car in for lights being on in the dash. I paid him and left. The lights came back on. I returned the car and he informed me it would take 2000 computer checks to identify the problem. I accepted he could not fix it. He refused to give me my refund. My lights are still on and I'm out of $410 for a censor he claims he put on. Do not take your car here. The first shop I took my car to told me they couldn't fix it because they had no way of identifying the problem. Mad respect for their honesty. Didn't know this bootleg mechanic was a liar.

Be careful, they will rip you off without a second thought. They tried to charge me $700 for a repair that ended up costing $250 somewhere else.

Bought my vehicle and had to tell them where the servo unit was located
After waiting all afternoon for an estimate I was told to come to the shop for them to show me
Exactly what I knew it was while looking into the vehicle I see trash and lint from the mechanics and the shop
I picked up a piece of the lint that was not there when I dropped the vehicle off and proceeded to put it on the shop floor where I was told by Eddie don't do that to which I replied so it's OK for you to put dirt lint grease on the car doorhandle but I can't put a piece of lint on your shop floor he said that's right
Where did it become popular for a person you're spending money with to insult you when you have to tell them where the parts of the vehicle are located to diagnose it and then they want to charge you $150 without any diagnostic codes!!!!
I will be contacting the Attorney General for price gouging!
DO NOT RAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Kevanique C.Midlothian, VA1131Oct 2, 2019
Love this Family Owned Auto Shop. I have been going to them for over 5 years. They have serviced my Camry and Mercedes. Very informative, detailed, and reasonably priced. The same services that the dealer was charging me over $1k for, they performed for half the price and made suggestions on which services were more urgent in the event that I did not want to pay for everything upfront. High recommend this shop!

I wish I could give this business no stars!!!!! My car was towed here after my serpentine belt popped they fixed the issue but I continued to have problem after problem with my car after taking it here. My car was worked on 3 times after the serpentine belt popped a second time within a month front seal crank shaft sensor and a couple other things all because my car was not flushed and cleaned after they completed the job I ended up having to take my car to bmuu on the blvd in colonial heights where I paid $906 for the repair after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars with Young's all I can say is runnnnnn far away from this place!!! A family member also went here and had work done and 6months later her motor blew smh

Literally the worst car mechanic I've ever dealt with in my life. I've lived in Florida, georgia, and south carolina and never experienced someone so dishonest. Young Jr is incredibly rude and a theif. I paid almost $500 for a starter for my Honda accord which is normally priced about $300 at most. I wanted it quickly so I agreed for them to do the job. The very next day the car stops working again. I took it to another mechanic who said the starter was bad and to ask for another under warranty. When I brought back a "new" starter, the mechanic at precision auto tells me its most definitely not a new starter and to take it back and request an actual new one or my money back. Young Jr proceeds to tell me its a rebuilt starter, yet nowhere on my receipt does it say that nor did anyone tell me that prior to me giving them the ok. Why in the world would I pay 475 for a rebuilt starter. Young jr would not take his starter back or give me a refund needless to say I bought a new starter from the other mechanic and my car has had no issues. This mechanic is a thief and completely dishonest. After showing him the receipt of it not saying anything about a rebuilt starter he tells me it doesn't matter if it says it on the receipt or not then proceeds to tell me he's going to call the cops on me for trespassing. Another important thing to mention is when we dropped off the starter to get a new one we smelled alcohol on his breath and another review seems to note that as well. Plus this is in covid times and for some reason hes not wearing a mask in his own business that says you need one to enter the building. Highly disgusted with the service I received here, will be making a formal complaint to the better business bureau. With the bad customer service and complete dishonesty I received from this mechanic im 99% certain he did not replace my starter to begin with, most likely just hit it to work and told me it was fixed.

My Mercedes ML500 dropped the serpentine belt on I-295 while passing through the area. I found Young's Foreign Car Repair through a quick Google search, and was able to limp in without power steering or brakes. As the shop had already closed, I left the car there and continued on my journey.
Over the next week, Eddie and Mr. Young walked me through the repair process, as there was significant other damage, including a crankshaft seal and broken oil pump. When I arrived, they showed me the additional parts that had failed. I was lucky there was not further damage due to oil starvation, but I still paid at least $1,000 less than another shop or a dealer would have charged. I wish I were closer so that I could get regular maintenance performed here!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jovanee J.Pittsburg, CA2243Dec 8, 2015
Great place to do business. I was tdy and had to be in ga the same day, the receptionist was very sweet, it's a family run shop, very clean, Eddie was a nice enough mechanic to show u the issues before working on the car, he even mentions price so you're not in the dark.
If I resided in Petersburg I would only take my car to them, they do foreign and domestic. Even charged me $100 less then discussed! Thanks!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
