Yogurt Hut - North Medford

Went for the first time in a while to get frozen yogurt. This location had cake batter, strawberry and pineapple as yogurt flavors. Hoped they had more yogurt options. Had typical toppings at any yogurt store. A little pricy as it came out to 12$ the bowl but it's fun to share with another person.

The service however has gone downhill. It's obvious it's young staff that don't care about keeping their conversations private. You can hear them from behind the counter complaining about customer's questions. She mentioned a customer asked," are you going to charge me for two pieces of cheesecake?" Then told her coworker, "Yes, bitch I'd charge her for 5." Then continued to complain about their day.
Not the place I want my two year old picking up vocabulary.

We come here maybe every other week. Love the pineapple & original tart with fruit. Daughter loves all the different toppings.

I love that this place is in the heart of town on our way to or from so many places. Same parking lot as Trader Joe's, REI, Petco.

Nice and clean with several options of yogurt and toppings. The employee was very friendly and attentive. She came right over and offered us sample cups so we could try the flavors. Highly recommend if you're looking for a sweet treat.

Idk why the low reviews. I've been coming in fairly often and have had excellent customer service. Nobody asks for a tip (unlike what's claimed in a previous review). There is a tip jar; tip if you feel you've received good service, and especially if you got a sample.

They always have numerous nondairy flavors. I GREATLY appreciate this!! And if you're not allergic or lactose intolerant, there are regular flavors too, but know that the nondairy are very tasty. There are loads of topping options, and fresh fruit. Today I had fresh strawberries and gorgeous fresh raspberries on top of my fro yo.

the only issue is tap/cash. It seems to cause a-lot of issues for the workers.. Customers get upset with those young people !

Very cute and fun with COLOR FREE OPTIONS! We were super excited to come in and have some yummy yogurt with tons of toppings. Was comfortable and great staff, my only complaint is it's pretty spendy. You can go cheap by just getting a cone with no toppings but I'm not that kind of gal, so two half full bowls and one full bowl of yogurt were $30. Ouch. Otherwise I loved it. The pineapple yogurt was colored from natural sources!

Only place in town and terrible service. They say they are open till 9 but have half there stuff put away by 8:30. If you come in after 8:30 get ready for the glares. Should be open till 10 or 11 being the only yogurt in town.

Customer service is embarrassing!! I come in a couple times a week just because of the yogurt. I am never ever greeted. Girls are always on their phones even when I am being rung up. Things are dirty, trash piles up and still the girls just stand around. Yogurts good. Managers and owners must really not care or do the bare minimum.
If another yogurt store ever opens up this location really should get their act together. The girls even ask for tips.

Drove all the way down there at 7. They close at 8. There's a hand written sign on the door that says closed for a 30 minute break. No time when they will be back at all. They close in less than an hour.. unbelievable. I'm really curious to know who owns/runs this place. The worst lol
