Yefim Shubentsov

I saw Yefim when I was 45 years old to stop smoking. I'm now 68 years old and never smoked again after my visit with him.
I read about him in an article Newsweek magazine and decided to travel from Los Angeles to Brookline, MA. I had smoked since I was 14 or 15 years old. I now realize he is able to work with our magnetic energy which is not seen or felt.
I did learn from my visit that if you do pick up another cigarette and take a puff you are instantly addicted again.
I thank this wonderful man for my life and health. If you are fortunate enough to get an appointment with him leave your mind open to something that you don't understand and go with what he tells you. You walk out of his office a non addict.

Hay Yelp. Just wanted to say that it's worth trying Yefim for whatever it may be that you're feeling addicted to. Be that cigarettes, pills, sex, love or rock and roll - it could be worth seeing Yefim for a moment of feeling in the moment.

I went to Mr. Shubentsov in October of 1987 to quit smoking. I really didn't want to quit. I loved smoking but it was getting expensive and I knew it wasn't healthy for me to do. My habit was about 20 to 40 cigarettes a day. I couldn't go for more than four hours without one.
He tells you right up front that he's a 'bio-energist', using Bioenergetics to "remove" the thought of your bad behavior from your mind. You listen in a group as he lectures you about your bad habits and the negative effects it has on your health. His message is a bit harsh but I don't think he's there to make you feel good about what you've been doing. You are there, after all, to stop doing what you've been doing. After the lecture, he tells you that he'll call you all in, one by one, where he'll remove the thought.
In my session, he told me to close my eyes and imagine smoking and really enjoying a cigarette. Once I had that thought firmly in my mind I should raise my hand to let him know. I did that. It was done. I got up and walked out.
I don't know why on my way out I threw away the half pack of cigarettes I had and haven't smoked since, almost thirty-three years later. It's clear to me that I can smoke anytime I want I just don't need to any longer. He took the monkey off my back and gave me back my choice. With any addiction, the choice is the one thing the addict doesn't have. He gives you back your choice.

IT WORKS
So i waited  for a year to do this review - i did some research into energy manipulation prior to visiting but to be honest still not sure how it works - and i dont need to know how .
I went in August 2019 as a last ditch to get away from physically and mentally addictive drug alcohol.Everyone else was there for smoking.Yessim is a very nice guy with a totally unique methodology .
In summary - it works .
August 2020 and not a drop in over a year - happily sober .
I say this to let others know that it does work and is sustainable - I really dont think about drinking much any more , and while I am proud of the change I have made ( its not all Shubentsov , its also YOU) its not of major importance to me .

I went in October to give up soda, and haven't had a glass since. I somehow can't even remember what it tastes like. Worth the  $85 and 3 hours of time.

Amazing. No clue how he does it but I haven't been smoking far almost 20 years. Thanks to Yefim. Bunch of my friends quit over years with this guy.

25 years of nonstop smoking finally has ended on the day I met Yefim! You have to be willing to quit, and you just have to believe him. If you doubt and have no desire to quit, then nothing will work. Life changing result. Yefim is getting old, you better hurry.

UPDATE: 6.5 years. No cravings! So grateful. I don't think about smoking or care in any way.

Scam. Con artist. 20 people are herded into a room and charged $85 each for two hours of this guy rambling about his army days in a Russian accent so thick you can't understand him. He tells you  drugs are bad, exercise everyday and don't eat at night. He tells the young women in the room how beautiful they are  and then laments being politically incorrect . If you try to speak about anything that's really bothering you he cuts you off and waves his hands at you and then keeps doing what he's doing. At the end everyone lines up and goes in the room alone with him for a few seconds and he waves his hands over you and "redirects your energy " then herds you into the receptionist area where you fork over your $85 . For this he makes $1,700 in 2 hours (despite his repeated insistence that he is not doing this for the money)! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !

Fact is - he really doesn't do anything. If you're "suggestable" to believe that this is doing something - and if it works for you - then I wish you all the best.

But in reality - there is nothing going on here. I went and was completely undeterred from smoking. It was through a log and agonizing process of weaning (and using the patch) that I eventually did quit some time later - but I can't attribute anything whatsoever to his practice.

There is indeed some science here - it's called the "placebo affect" -  and if that's what you need - then more power to you. I honestly believe that he fully knows and understands this - but if he does "help" some people - even through "gullibility" and the "placebo affect" - it's better than nothing - hence I gave him an extra star.
