If you need to lease a car, go this route. Armen is awesome and I have done a couple of leases with him and sent at least 5 of my friends there and everyone walks out saying " this is the only way I am ever leasing again".

I have leased through Xpress Auto in the past, and have been very satisfied with my experience. Recently, I was on the hunt for my very next car. I have utilized and called multiple brokers to see what can be found, and most of them either could not find the car I was looking for, or quoted me at a much higher price. Speaking with Armen, he found the car within 30 minutes and provided me with a quote that every other broker could not even come close to matching. He really stepped up and worked hard in finding the perfect car for me, which he did. He even delivered the car to my house and signed the paperwork and he was in/out in 10-15 minutes.

Hayk has done it again! I won't be leasing a car from any other broker, period. This time the lease was for my mom. I called him to get information on a specific car and he called me back within an hour with a quote. The quote was better than what all of the other leasing companies were offering but we decided to go with a different car.
He offered an absolutely amazing deal, took the time to explain the features and what was available. We thought about it and a couple days later decided to go for it! We called Hayk, chose the color and package and he called back again within an hour to tell us he located the vehicle and it would be ready the next day. My mom couldn't be happier. My husband and I have been going to dealerships in the past week to get a new lease but the prices were ridiculous even after negotiating. Finally, we were referred to go to Armen by a friend and we are so incredibly happy that we did. Not only did Armen give us a great deal but he also was very honest and informative about all the questions we had about the type of car we wanted.

We are never going to step inside another dealership again, this guy is the way to go if you're looking to buy/lease a car. Yesterday we got our lease and brought it home, paperwork took literally 15 min. Also, before we went to see him, he was very good at contacting us and answering our questions by phone, he was always readily available.

If you call and ask for specific car he will only call you back if he find the car or wants to find the car, if not he'll not give a damn about you or the car with options you are looking for.
You are waiting for his call but he's never going to call you back to let you know that he is not able to find the option or the car you are looking for and maybe offer you something else instead?

Just picked up my 3rd car, in 10 yrs from express. Hayk and Armon are very professional, hard working and easy going. They'll go the extra mile to make sure you get get the best deal on the exact car your looking for, all with a no pressure attitude. Xpress auto is the only place that I'll ever buy a new car from.
