Xoho Boutique

I've been shopping here for the past four years and love it. Claudia is like your personal dresser who helps you out finding the perfect outfit. I always leave with several items. Prices are so reasonable. Check out my New Years dress in 2019. The light pink one. I also bought another dress for daughter-in-law and was even prettier. Not sure why this is saying it's closed. The boutique is still open. Ps. Regarding those negative reviews. I have never ordered anything online from them. Always visited personally.

My favorite boutique in all of Miami! I have been a customer for over 10 years and Xoho has never disappointed! Claudia , the owner and her son Juan are amazing people and definitely have an eye for great pieces and are so good at styling their customers! The prices are very reasonable for boutique clothes and merchandise is always flowing! I am a loyal customer because of all of this and the personal touch. Thank you Xoho for amazing years of service!!!

I placed an order on may 18th, today is may 24th I have no dress no tracking.... I've called emailed and reached out on Instagram. I was told someone will contact me. Let's just say no one has, I do not recommend ordering from the website. I'm sure at this point I'm beat for my money

I come to this boutique quite often to buy clothes. It's not a huge store, but it definitely has quite a few things. I've purchased anything from business casual pants to party dresses. I love that I can walk in and browse without being constantly harassed by associates. Plus, the owner is a sweet heart!!! They just recently added accessories to their selection so you can get an entire outfit in one place. The clothes are reasonably priced and great quality.

Horrible customer service. Their website sucks. They don't even have a return policy listed on their website and then when you call them they claim they have one. I bought a a Halloween costume for my girlfriend from them online and never received a confirmation email. When i finally called them 9 days later they gave me the wrong tracking number. Then they were incapable of sending the package to a PAYPAL approved address so the costume was returned to me because it was an "undeliverable address". Then they called me asking me for a credit card number to charge me for the shipping again. Unacceptable! The manager was rude and the employees disrespectful. Don't buy from them!

I really like this store its a bit pricey thou. They have a lot of colombian jeans that look really good when you put them on. The employees are helpful and sometimes assist you in combining clothes to make an outfit.
