This hotel was excellent. From the gal at the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We felt very safe staying here. The breakfast was awesome. They had a lady cooking eggs anyway you'd like them. I had an omelet with ham and cheese and mushrooms. They had a list of options for your omlet. Plus, a breakfast buffet.
You need to eat at the Riverfront Steakhouse in the lobby area. It was the best steak we've had. And the salad bar was amazing! The server, Alex, was awesome! They also have a bar in the lobby that also serves food. We'd definitely stay there again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

(Bedbugs!)
This morning I woke up and found Bedbugs! I am so grossed out. When I get home, I'm throwing my clothes and gear out.
For those of you who don't know much about Bedbugs. These little fellas love to go home with you and will reap havoc on your home. It's very difficult to get rid of them. Kinda like a relative who doesn't wanna leave and overstays their welcome.
Thank you Wyndham for taking care of your guests.

We are so sorry to hear there was an insect in your room. We appreciate you making us aware of this. As I’m sure you know, there is no way to avoid people bringing insects into the building. We must act immediately when any insect siding is brought to our attention in order to have our exterminator eliminate the insect as soon as possible. When our night auditor was made aware of the situation, the room was put out of order for our exterminator to be called on Monday to address the situation.
Again we apologize for the issue and thank you for bringing it to our attention so we can address it.

The majority of my 4-star rating goes to the staff at this Wyndham. I was stranded at the airport with no Lyft or Uber around, so I called the hotel to pick me up via shuttle. I didn't even realize that was an option. The driver was so welcoming and gave me a historical tour of Little Rock on the way back to the hotel. Normally I'd close my eyes for a bit but felt super engaged.
I ordered a dirty martini at the bar just before closing, and the chef graciously whipped up some buffalo wings when they could have easily said their kitchen had shut down for the night. I'm so grateful for everyone's hospitality. The only annoyance is how much walking I had to do to get from the lobby to my room (it's a maze here) but the exercise was probably a good thing.
My room itself wasn't very memorable, but since I was in Little Rock for work, that didn't matter much. Everything was quiet and simple. This Wyndham is in a great neighborhood, and I wish I had more time during the way to walk around and explore. The riverfront is gorgeous. I've never been to Little Rock before, and this area made me want to come back!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 13111544Feb 18, 2022
While traveling, I stayed here as last minute overnight stay. The main reason, it appeared to be the only hotel with a restaurant.
Checkin was easy, and everyone was courteous. What I didn't expect was to find Riverfront Steakhouse, and Benihana attached to the hotel. The rooms are well done on amenities. Having driven 5 hours, I went to the Riverfront bar to decompress, and catch up on the day. I was shocked to see that the Riverfront Steakhouse and Bar was actually a high end steakhouse.
I ordered the Bone-In Ribeye, with a couple of sides and it was honestly one of the top 5 steaks I've ever had (I'm a picky carnivore). This is the best hotel food I think I've ever had. Thats coming from someone that is on the road 50% of the time when the air isn't trying to kill us (Covid).
I'd like to give this place 5 stars, but the layout of the hotel borders on being a maze, and there was some sort of weird incident in the lobby where someone started screaming something about a "check" during dinner and was arrested. I don't know what was going on, in all honesty. I didn't feel threatened, but worth noting. The bartender serving me said that that never happens. I do believe him, but fool me once shame on me.
I'm largely happy with this hotel, and if I'm ever on this roadtrip again, I will stay here again. I've been well taken care of.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gary K.Mount Airy, NC1228222Jul 18, 2022
First off the staff here is awesome! Every one of the members I encountered was always pleasant and accommodating, so thank you.
I found the hotel to be very clean and taken care of by management.
My room was large and spacious but seemed a little "damp" if that makes any sense at all. I felt sticky when I was in it, of course it was hotter than the sun while I was visiting.
I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike K.Arnold, MO0322Nov 12, 2022
Their response to justify the horrible treatment we had is lacking to say the least! This should be proof to not go here. So know their fine with waking everyone at 830 and barging in your room. I have to hang a sign to tell you we dont want to be disturbed at 830 when check out is 11:00 is absurd! Now on top of everything else i get a ridiculous response from the manager?

We stayed here a few nights ago had come down for a friends birthday at Benihana... didn't want to drink and drive so we decided to get a room which happens to be next door. Went out and had some fun downtown their shuttle driver happily gave us a ride to wherever we wanted! Had a great time! We also wanted to acknowledge how wonderful Ebony was to us when we check in, she was so sweet, helpful and recommended that we check out Willy Ds which is a piano bar, we took her recommendation and we ended up having a great time, dancing and stayed until closing at 2am.
The room here was pleasant, clean, the bed was super comfortable and I was thankful that it was quiet. As I mentioned above we had stayed out late and had quite a bit to drink so it was refreshing to be in a nice environment. We've had some nightmare experiences at certain hotels but I would definitely recommend staying here even if it's for a night or two! Thank you again Ebony & staff for such a nice experience!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 4, 2018
Great value on a large clean room with a fantastic breakfast. The bedroom was large and clean, bed was comfy and king-sized, bathroom was modest but clean. Parking lot was large, but the property was a bit farther from the interstate than I realized.
Best of all; the free breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelettes and waffles. Plenty of meat, veggie, and cheese options for the omelettes. Waffles could be plain, or with pecans. Nice!
We would def stay here again!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jackie F.Bentonville, AR2603441854Apr 11, 2019
Stayed at the Wyndham since it was the site of my BF's work conference. Room was nothing fancy & also, a little outdated, but it was clean with the usual amenities (coffee pot, fridge, hairdryer, plenty of towels, pillows, room service).
Now for the negatives: a lot of foot traffic outside the hotel at night. Partially due to the 2 restaurants inside the hotel: Benihana & Riverfront Steakhouse; and the location of the hotel. I would not walk alone in the area at night.
Also, because of the restaurants, parking for guests can be scarce. The hotel is older with pretty thin walls. I woke up several times in the middle of the night to all different noises inside the hotel, in addition to the before mentioned outside noises. Then, I was jarred awake in the early am to "housekeeping!?!" which was directed at different rooms because we had the DND sign on the door but it was still loud & clear. Who needs a wake up call?
They do have a complimentary breakfast buffet but I passed. It was a madhouse this particular morning.
I probably would stay at another hotel if it wasn't for the conference being on-site.Helpful 47Thanks 0Love this 34Oh no 0 - May 22, 2021
Scale: 1-10
Room = 3
Clean, average.
Ambience = 1
No cool vibe/aura, Property is dated and timeworn. Property desperately needs updating.
Food = 1
They have one vending machine. I did not have their complimentary breakfast therefore I have no comment on the quality of the food venue offer.
Customer Service and Satisfaction = 0
On Thursday I asked desk personnel about shuttle to the airport on Saturday morning. Spoke to heavy set Black female. Advised shuttle does not begin until 7:00am. However, she said there shouldn't be a problem because they'd call the shuttle driver in at 5:00am on Saturday morning knowing I needed an earlier transport. Told to check with her on Friday to confirm.
Friday afternoon I approach same clerk in lobby. She says, "Oh yes you need an early ride tomorrow morning". I affirm. She's says, "Not a problem. Show up in the lobby tomorrow morning unless I leave you a voicemail message tonight advising the shuttle driver isn't available.
Friday night. No message from desk clerk. I assume there are no issues with getting on the shuttle as the clerk promised.
Saturday morning. I go to lobby. A heavy set, young woman is working as the night auditor. I tell her I'm here for the shuttle. She tells me the shuttle doesn't start until 7am I explain that the desk clerk said she was calling driver in early to take me to airport. Night auditor says, "Well he's not here". I say, "How do I get to the airport"? She is ambivalent and seems bothered by my question. After pressing her again she tells me I can call a cab and blurts out, "The number is 2222, all two's" but doesn't tell me the area code or the three numbers preceding the four two's. I ask her to make the call. She's seems put out by the request yet she does. I don't hear her actually talk to anyone. I inquire. She says, "Calls are automated. You just press 1 and they pick you up. I do it all the time". Auditors actions and attitude are not reassuring. Meanwhile I call Lyft. They have no available drivers at this hour. Night auditor adds insult to injury stating "What do you expect. It's COVID....? The alleged taxi, which auditor calls never shows up. I wonder if I will make my flight. I call Tricia Russell. Call goes to voicemail. Desperate, I call Uber. A driver responds. Says he's working all night and is going off shift. Asks where I'm going. I say the airport. He chooses to accept the ride and picks me up. He's really a nice guy who is empathetic. He knows some unknown person is probably stuck and needs to make flight. Putting himself into my shoes he steps up and gets me to the airport on time. He's a former science teacher who possesses a good heart for which I'm grateful.
Thankfully luck was on my side this morning and I'm in the air and on my way back to Maine as I write this message. Still, the circumstances at the Wyndham Hotel as described put me at risk of missing my flight and overall were inefficient, unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Night auditor girl lacks professionalism and does not meet even the most minimal level of customer service. This situation was preventable if desk clerk had done her job correctly in the first place. Night auditor girl was merely salt on an open wound.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
