Kimberly has done a wonderful job taking over since Kenny's unfortunate passing. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with, kind, and provides excellent customer service. My friend and I were checking out of our Disney resort and wanted to go to a park without worrying about our luggage, so we arranged an early morning pick up at our resort and she arrived promptly to meet us. Her prices are very reasonable and we will definitely use this service again the next time we're in Orlando! All the best to this wonderful little family owned business

Was on a trip to Orlando and moving around the city, making the most of my time before I found myself elsewhere. Me and my friend had a bunch of baggage that we didn't want to carry with us/hold on to. Found Wrap N' Fly on the go while frantically searching everywhere for a make-shift locker storage area. Kenny was super friendly with us and made sure he took real good care of us. Even gave us a ride to MCO on our way out of Orlando! Definitely recommend using his services again if I find myself in Florida.

I live in Central Florida and had gone to MCO for a 4 day trip out of town. I thought I had remembered to remove anything I could not carry onto the plane. I checked my luggage and only had a day pack to carry on. Just before I entered the TSA security line i realized i had a knife on me. OH NO! I went to the information desk and explained this. The gentleman there suggested I use this company to store my knife till I return. Kenny showed up in minutes and gave me a claim ticket, explained his company and hours. I left for my trip a happy man. After my return, I called and met Kenny to retrieve my knife and he was prompt and very courteous! I highly recommend this company for storage and their customer service.

Wrap n' fly was amazing! It was our last day in Orlando and we had a late flight. We decided to go to the parks for the day. Kenny allowed us to store our luggage for just 7 dollars a bag for the whole day. When we came to pick them up he gave us a free ride to the airport! Just give him a call and he will meet you at his store within ten minutes! I highly recommend using him to either store your luggage or wrap your bags! We will definitely be using his services the next time we come to Orlando!

My friend and I were looking for a place to store our bags while we spent a last day at Universal Studios and found out about this place online. The drop off was quick and easy, and pick up was super convenient. he even drove us to the airport, saving us the time, money, and effort of getting an Uber. He even drove back around after I realized I left a bag in the van. The pricing and service were great, and I can't recommend this enough!
