This apartment complex is a joke! The rudeness one is greated with in the office is ridiculous! They rolled out a new online payment system thatbdoesnt work right so you are LATE! AND CHARGE YOU 100 bucks! Ive been nithing but understanding with every issue from the time i have moved in...

1st. my outlets didnt work right and were sparking so for 3 week i had to turn off the breaker and not use more then one or two outlets at a time in which i was terrified the whole time

2nd. My heaters dont turn off unless i turn them off at the breaker

3rd. My window was hit by a soccer ball and i had to wait 2 weeks for it to be replaced and had to call them 5 times for it to be cleaned up

4th. Cockroaches!! Yep they had an infestation of coackroaches!!!

5th my water is YELLOW not kinda but like really and im told to turn all my water sources on ay once (doesnt do a damn thing FYI!)

6th parking sucks all the lines are gone so its crazy how people park! But be careful cause theyll put a sticker on your car for no reason but everyone else who doesnt have a permit is fine and dont get stickered!

I have been doing reviews regularly for a long time, on occasions, I will review actual businesses instead of restaurants. From the start when I first arrived here the staff in the office were very attentive. We were shown a unit that perfectly fit our needs. I was very impressed the main property manager who seems to be on top of everything, she has been helpful with answering all our questions and concerns and fully explained everything when we signed our lease. It is very comforting to see they have on-site maintenance and on-site managers who care and get to know the residents. Being the 1st I saw folks coming in and seeing how nice the staff was to residents and the staff actually making an effort to make conversation was a big plus in my book.

Avoid these apartments and any Williams Investments property's. No credit check fee but also no customer service. People always sitting around the office doing nothing. When you go in they look at you like you are trash and why are you bothering them. Try to get a hold of someone in charge lol good luck ignored. They will run your credit but won't tell you if you are approved. They say wait for our letter we sent. Over two weeks and we are still waiting. Blessing in disguise as I would never want to live at a place run like this. If you are not a illegal immigrant than don't bother the whole place is full of them.
