Wingstop

1-14-19 I come here a lot and I'm glad to see this place turn a new leaf. I've been here twice in the past month and the food has been coming out fresh. Shannon greeted me at the register and she was kind. They asked me to fill out a receipt survey and I gladly obliged.


Out of boneless wings on a weekend night. Waited five minutes + on hold. Floor is extra greasy which is s huge slipping hazard. I wish the staff had less chip in their shoulder additude

Wings or fries not well done as orded. Forgot all dips and brownie. Been over a year since I ordered from this location. Reminded again why I don't.

I threw away my food cause it was just not good. Not impressed. They forgot the ranch too. 1 star if anything 0 stars. shut this location down.

This place is popping on weekend nights! I always order online and go to pick up. They are pretty quick with the high volume of orders they have. The fries are always awesome! And the wings are great. The meal deals are a great value. Check it out!

The absolute worst customer service. They make a mistake on your order AND you have to physically bring the food back never they remake the order the west it was ordered in the first place. I am now sitting here while the rest of my food gets cold waiting for them to remake my order. They need to "see" the wrong order.as if coming back to the store is something I'd do for kicks. The wings I ended up getting had no flavor. I would have just kept them if they had any kind of flavor, but they were just fried with nothing else on them. Even after I let the manager know in was on my way back, they still wouldn't work on getting my order ready.

They must be under new management because the previous folks were a little more reasonable.

Stay away from this wingstop. We had the worst experience at wingstop for pick up. They gave us the completely wrong order. Random flavors that we did not order, and we were missing an order of fries. The fries order we did get was ice cold. Unacceptable. And it was not ready until 20 minutes after the time it said it would be ready-- taking 45 minutes from when we placed an online order on monday! Terrible and manager did not contact our complaint. We didn't receive the food we paid for!

Every time I order online, it takes 2-3 times as long as they say it will on the website. They lose tickets, take their sweet time, and customer service in nonexistent.

Placed an order in the afternoon for a scheduled pick up at 7pm. Arrived at 6:45 in hopes it may be out early, it wasn't. Continuously asked the staff where my order was and each time was told "5 more minutes" until 7:34 I stated I'd like a refund unless it will be out in the next 2 minutes. At which point the a worked informed me it would be closer to 15 more minutes.

Would give negative stars but they get 1 for giving me a refund.

Absolutely HATE the new staff very lazy and undercooking food, I've never been here and there was no drinks AT ALL. This is insane I will not waste my money on this kind of customer service

Things have improved with the staff and the cooking. The manager checked on me while waiting for my food. I also saw her help a woman with a large order bring food to her car. She also helped a disable person into the restaurant. If all of their staff is like this and they take time to continue to cook the chicken properly then I think they will be in a good place in the future.
