My husband found this barber shop about six years ago when we moved into Hollister. He has Never had a bad cut here and always talks highly of the Owner and other employees. So, coming from a local I Highly recommend this barber. FYI~ They're usually super busy so appointment's are usually required, but if they're not busy they will handle walk-ins. They are closed on Sunday and Mondays and open Tuesday through Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-noon. Phone~(417)320-6330.

In town from Texas for my grandmas funeral and stopped in here to get cleaned up. Best haircut I've ever had and amazing people.
At the end I reached my my wallet and he says put that away we don't charge for funeral haircuts. Wow. I've never had anything like this happen. What a kind gesture. First class establishment and people. Bravo wish I lived closer would come here for every haircut. The barbers take their time and make you feel at home. Probably the nicest treat is the cleanup at the end with a straight blade razor and a hot towel. The time spent here is worth it.

Apr 4, 2017Previous reviewI typically cut my own hair because it's easier, cheaper and I do a good job. Lol. That said, I may return here more often and I will recommend them because they did a surprisingly good job. Cutting hair is the gig and they do it well, efficient, and have a good niche of some additional luxuries like a hot towel on the head and neck after a cut. The atmosphere is nice, basic stuff without being too girly or over the top "we are men" crap that is permeating most new barber shops these days. They haven't fallen into the hipster trap that places like Hudson Hawk have where it's almost embarrassing to walk in to because it's so manly, its fake and it's laughable. The guys here are friendly, professional, cordial and efficient. 5 stars across the board.
