They kept our vehicle for a whole day to run test on it and see what was needed. They kept it for 7hrs the following week to get work done. They did offer a car service to and from the shop which I was grateful for.

I cannot say enough about the guys & this business!! They are always willing to help me when things go wrong with my car!! I call & they get me in ASAP. I am on a fixed income & they are so affordable. My sister has had her car taken care of there many times & the experience has always been a great one!!

You to choose your preferred service time/date, but they don't follow up. I have reached out to this business multiple times, and did actually receive one call back. The gentleman told me he would work on a quote and get back yo me. Nothing .. I chose this auto dealer because 1) they are just miles from my home 2) they have been in business since 1928 3) they had strong reviews and a good following. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication and follow up. I can't understand why management isn't proactive, and why there is no mechanism to ensure timely responses to potential customers occur. I have attempted to reach this group for a month now.

I would not recommend this shop for foreign cars they're not up to date on them. You know it would be nice if they had security cameras. Looking over the cars left out in a parking lot.

The first time I went to this place I was thrilled! Honest responsive and appeared honest and thorough. Thought I found my new place for car repair. Then I went back and I felt taken. An oil change turned into a $650 ordeal. Didn't sound right. Turns out I got it done at another place for $250. New place told me that the parts needing replacement according to Willhelm did not need replacing. The rotor were slightly of need of refinish. No wonder the girl at front desk wouldn't look me in the face. She avoided eye contact at all cost. Felt, maybe, new management or owners. Just not right or a good feeling going there.

I had a very disappointing experience at Wilhelm. I will never forget that. Monumental rip off.

Took the car in for minor repairs they did the repairs, were very professional, very efficient and I trust there work. Good job.

They were very professional figured out what was wrong with my car and got it back on the road again. I'm very grateful.

I appreciate the service the staff provide. They give a full review of the service and any recommendations for additional or future service needed. Do not push for additional services.
