Went to process an Amazon return and a wonderful young lady clerk stepped up to help me with automated machine.
Once there, I did some shopping- found all I needed and more.
Place is kept clean, orderly, well stocked, great fresh food selection. Staff is very helpful and pleasant, including the super nice, lovely, friendly cashier.
It was a pleasure. Thank you.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Employee cut in front of me in line and when I said excuse me I was in line... she said "ohhh you were?" And continued to order. Even after I said "yes that's why I'm standing right in front of the counter?" No apology or letting me go ahead. I was also RIGHT in front of the counter so she had to physically slide in front of me standing uncomfortably close to me just to order. She knew I was in line, she just didn't care.
She must've been on break and wanted to get her smoothie quick but cutting in front of customers? Both embarrassing and weird.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I bought some fruit. I went to 2 Whole Foods today. Surprise surprise I thought I've been to all the Whole Foods in my area then this one popped up. They always have something good to eat ready made. Today I just did some fruit tho! Earlier I got some healthy breakfast. I went to the 99 for lunch. I've been snacking all day. Not unhealthy, literally healthy with a lil snacks.

Worst Whole Foods in America. It's the smallest one I've ever seen. Small selection, everything expires within days. The only thing that brought me in was the bacon egg and cheese biscuit in the mornings. After a couple months of getting it every day, they cut the eggs in half and doubled the price, then they stopped selling them. Shame.

This is the only time I've givens 3-star review to a Whole Foods. This location is unfortunately land locked in a very densely packed area of Brentwood, and although the store provides a helpful parking attendant, the parking lot is a wild place! Oddly configured, not enough spaces, part of it appears to be up an actual hill? Not sure. But I did score a spot and headed in before realizing there are dogs everywhere!! Not service animals. Dogs yipping and running around as far as their leash permits, up in arms, smelling stuff, coming at me. Dogs. Everywhere. I am afraid of dogs. I can stay calm around trained service animals, but these were definitely pets. Active, yipping pets. In a shop! Prices are high, to be expected. Hot bar was great. Smaller than most Whole Foods but I was able to get in and quickly grab my items and check out.

I cannot lie, My experience here has been five stars each time I come. I live right down the road so this is the grocery store that's closest to me and obviously it's not affordable but the products inside are definitely worth value. If I'm ever treating myself or wanting a really clean Ingredient I know if I go to this location they always have it in stock or it's just one call away and they will find it for me. Today, Jordan from the dairy section helped me significantly and quickly researched a product for me before I came in. He had it set aside for me in case it sold out before i got there. Thank you Jordan, and every employee that is always so accommodating!

I like Whole Foods. I liked this Whole Foods.
The store was pretty small compared to other ones I have been to. The parking lot has an attendant that was helping people back up to leave and watched out for the shoppers. Also directed cars to open parking spots. I liked the variety of flowers located in front and the store was pretty clean and organized. Everything offered here is so fresh and organic. I walked past the meat section and my my, everything was so pink and fresh. I like the touch they add to the Cornish hens and ham, the presentation was really nice and something I have never seen before any where else. I was standing there in awe and the employee asked me if I needed any help. This nice employee, I forgot what her name was, was giving out a sample of barley milk. She was kind and thoughtful enough to ask if I had any allergies. The barley milk was pretty good!!! I love the Berry Chantilly cake here, so bomb!!! I checked out and the cashier was also very nice.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Love this location. Shopping here feels like a real farmers market. Fully stocked and the fella's working behind the meat counter are the greatest. Only gripe is that pushing a shopping cart is not ideal as it is super small, but although cozy.

Please bring back the chocolate orange brioche swirls in the bakery. I tried this item once a while ago and it never appeared on the shelves again.
Apparently they were just experimental, but I still think about them months later!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Feb 8, 2023Previous reviewThe reason I'm giving this place three stars is due to the extremely long and confusing lines that form when it is busy. I would suggest signs above the aisles that correspond to which cashier may be used.
I often see everyone with the same stressed and confused look on their face as it is not clear which line to wait in for which cashier. Would also recommend utilizing all checkout lanes when it's busy to bring lines down as they often stretch across the whole store.
Additional recommendation would be stocking more of the larger Starbucks cold brews as they are hard to come by.
Otherwise, I love the sandwich bar and desserts! Have always had great experience with the customer service here! - Natasha L.Walnut Creek, CA020Aug 9, 2023
I visited this WF last week, and had very unpleasant experience. When I approached check out, there were two staff, cashier and a staff who helped with bagging. They were happily bagging for the customer in front of me. When it was my turn, she quickly switched her face to poker mode, VERY COLD, and asked me if I needed help with bagging?? I was with my daughter, and if there was a staff standing next to a cashier idle, YES! Please help your customer to bag. If you don't bag, then don't bag anyone's. If you don't like you job then quit! Please treat your customers with basic respect! Will not visit that WF ever again.
