Clothes are the best quality and always trendy style. Pricy initially but if you can wait for sales or use coupons, they are worth every penny. Mary the store manager is great! I've had great service from the store consultants every time I shop there. Only good experiences in every WHBM store, this one is no exception.

Always have had a great shopping experience when coming to this location. All the sales associates are so helpful with picking out the perfect pieces for different occasions which I love!!! beautiful and great quality.

Such an amazing experiences every time I shop there. The staff is very friendly, professional and very helpful. I love going there. The products are great quality. I use to purchase gifts for fiends and they love it every time they get one. I get compliments every time I wear some of their products. Love going there..

I love purchasing clothes from White House Black Market but..and here it comes....this location and the horrendous ladies that lack any sort of customer service skills makes it for an unbearable experience every single time!!!
Unfortunately..this location is closest to my house but I really try my best to avoid this location..If I can..I purposely drive an hour to go to a different location just so that I don't have to deal with the absolutely unprofessional, rude, unenthusiastic and sad women that work there. They always seem like they don't want to be there, they are all standing around with dead faces and oh here is the real kicker...they talk about clients amongst themselves in front of other clients..yep..I've been there with my friends, on my own..with my family and all they do is gossip about other clients. They are so dang unhelpful and it's a pity that there is no other WHBM location close by. I can tell you..if things continue this way..this location will surely get shut down too, not because the clothes are bad..it's the rude staff that will drive people away. Please hire some new energetic, fun, cool young girls that have a better happier positive attitude who will make clients feel welcome and happy when they come into the store rather than feel like a burden or unwelcome every time they step foot into this store. Please..someone needs to step in and definitely needs to change things around in this store and please bring some joy and positive vibes!! I've given this location so many chances and now..finally..I had to write this long sad review because I just can't stand their sad pathetic behavior anymore. Btw..I'm a huge spender and I give this company a lot of business but if this continues..I will have to take my business elsewhere or just stick to online shopping only which sucks because I really like trying on clothes too. But oh well..let's see what happens!!!!

I used to genuinely love this store. My first experience was fabulous- greeted as soon as I entered, the sales associates made sure to find me outfits to match my needs and after 2.5 hours, I walked out with multiple outfits. Sadly, that was the only time I walked out with a smile.

Ever since then, I've been at this location countless times (only for their clothes), spent thousands of dollars, and every time I go, their sales associates and manager do the worse possible job ever.

1. You'll be lucky if you get greeted or helped by anyone as soon as you enter unless you are "dressed" like a million bucks.

2. If they do end up helping you, they make sure to find you outfits that are not on sale.

3. They love filling up your dressing room with the most expensive clothes and even if they don't look good on you, they swear up and down how gorgeous you look. They even ask other associates to join in and validate the thought. All to make sure they make the sales numbers for the month.

4. They allow husbands to sit in the back, which is nice to have if its your spouse, but if it's just you changing and someone else's husband is sitting across your changing room, which is only covered by a curtain, it gets very uncomfortable for you AND the gentleman sitting.

5. Most clothes I've purchased HAVE to be dry cleaned because they don't look the same after the first wash.

6. Lastly, if there is a sale, don't even bother asking them how long it will be for. They will always say they have no way of telling. Which is funny because if you go on their website (has the same sales) you can click details and get the promotion ending date on it!

My humble suggestion:
Take a girlfriend that you trust with you when going shopping here. Actively ask them for different sizes because they may just say you look great in a certain size if they don't have your size. Make sure to go during their semi annual sales. Their clothes, are beautiful, but are not worth the full price they charge.

A super nice sales associate called me to tell me my order was ready for pickup. She helped me order another top that was sold out and was so helpful! She even asked me how old my baby was when she heard him in the background. I really appreciated her genuine concern and sweetness in these challenging times. Thank you!!

Rude and inconsiderate. Disrespectful and arrogant. The manager was insulting. We have been to many whitehouse black market locations and have never been treated so poorly EVER. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They are awful.

The clothes are so cute here! The service is great and they seem really happy to be working here! You can sign up for coupon specials to make the shopping even better here! Love it! One of my favorite stores!

The clothing is the absolute best quality I have ever bought. I usually buy at Ann Taylor, but WHBM is going to be my go to store. I had the best experience with their fashion consultant, Joy. Joy went out of her way to get me a variety of styles and sizes and put several beautiful outfits together for me. She was so friendly and has a great eye for fashion. I would have bought everything I tried on, but the prices are a little too high to get everything at once. I'll be back in the months to come to complete my wardrobe.

Went in on a whim after dinner one night and my mom happened to find a dress she loved for an upcoming event. We pressured her into trying it on just for kicks but it looked too amazing to pass up - the ladies who were working helped us buy the dress in secret while we were all still in the store, so we could surprise my mom later on with the dress. We're so appreciative of their level of service, attention and how kind they each were! One of the ladies (I think her name was Amanda) was extremely helpful and gave us such great customer service that I'd recommend this store to anyone in need of a little something special for your wardrobe!
