Just received the order this evening as a late last minute dinner for my self and others. Open the fries to find soggy white crinkle cut potatoes. They were cooked, but how? Microwaved? Boiled? Putting them in my oven to salvage them and obtain some kind of substance worthy to be labeled French fries. Sandwich as okay. Would not return .

Worse Philly cheese steak I've ever had. Was very disappointed in hopes that it would be my new GO TO sub place.
Can I take away the 1 star ?!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Victoria S.Raleigh, NC64133214Jun 1, 2020
I hate to write a negative review right now in the middle of COVID. But this was the last straw for this location. I love subs and Which Wich is one of my favorite places to get a sub! (When I lived in Orlando the closest location was 30 minutes away and I'd drive there regularly) Unfortunately, every time I go to this location the ingredients are extremely low quality and the staff I've encountered aren't very friendly. This last time I was here, the man taking my order was wearing a mask (great!) but he was mumbling and speaking quietly. It made it impossible for me to hear what he was saying.
Here's for the worst part. There was a dead bug on the outside of my lettuce wrap. I understand bugs find their way into produce but this lettuce was dirty and the bug was extremely noticeable. I couldn't believe it! That's just straight up laziness.
I'm so disappointed because Which Wich is so close to me and I've always loved their food. I'm going to have a hard time going back to this location in the future.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Angela C.Fort Worth, TX075May 26, 2022
This place sucks. I ordered a sandwich online and grabbed it on the way to work. The bread was completely raw when I bit into it. I ended up throwing it away, I didn't want food poisoning from raw dough. I wrote a complaint to the company as soon as it happened, over a month ago, and haven't received a reply. Don't waste your money here.

Well lost me . First 1 star review and the 3rd review of this location and its inconstancy. Not sure if it's a local thing or national roll out but the uniqueness of picking a sandwich and "building" it on the bag is gone. Now ya select a bag with all the wiches and select one and it's premade wich. I ask an employee when this changed and if I am just missing something since there were only 3 or 4 different paper bags to choose. She didn't respond just looked at me like I was crazy. I said I used to pick a bag that said grinder so I could then add the toppings I like. She finally responded by grabbing a build your own and said. So you mean this. Change is fine although the bags and ordering area is a mess to say it nicely. It's confusing and once again staff just brutal.

KaraFeb 3, 2021Previous reviewReview update 2/3/21 at 12:10. I am not sure if there is new management or the crew working is just amazing but this was a truly great experience. I have not been back since my 1 star review which was after several terrible visits from rude staff to my sandwich having all the toppings on 1 half and clearly quickly and poorly made. The kids working right now deserve a raise. They were exceptionally kind. Witnessed them helping several customers. Noticed I sat and didn't have napkins and brought some over. They made a delicious and perfect sandwich. I did dine in and the whole time they were working and communicating with customers. The whole atmosphere is a 180 from my last visit. I didn't reach out to whomever offered a free sandwich if I came back because as mentioned I was always a wich fan but this location was brutal. Happy to say I will return again. Ps the gentleman working the cash register introduced me to wich sauce... ya that's ! Good stuff.
Nov 25, 2020Previous reviewAs a regular sandwhich consumer and HUGE fan of which wich. I have given this location over 5 chances hoping I just had a bad experience, learning covid ect. Well it's an on going issue here. Service and overall quality is just not up to par with the national brand. Very disappointing. Hope to hear that it makes a turn at some point, but will be giving my money to someone local from here on out.

Great layout and fast, friendly customer service. This was my first time at any of their franchises, so I wasn't sure what to do initially. But ordering is made easy since the menu is organized by types of meats, then veggie options. There's pretty minimal talking required since you get to write your order with a checklist on a paper bag. The cashier is thorough in making sure to double check what you wrote on your order. No special drinks or chips here, just your typical stuff. I tried the reuben (corned beef) with tons of veggies. It was a tad salty for my liking, but I plan on trying a different meat next time.
Don't forget to check in and get your free combo upgrade! (Chips and a drink). Quick and easy place to stop by for a sub. Nothing really crazy about it, but it's easily customizable and a nice variety with interesting combos.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nehal P.Raleigh, NC272231Nov 6, 2019
The vegetarian was made with meat and smelled stale. Very bad food - avoid this branch of Which Wich, they have spoiled its brand name.

I love this restaurant. It seems like i always come during the busiest time of the day but I always get the same great service. Food is great and the restaurant is always clean and busy.
I don't agree with Nahal's post. This place always does it right.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nicki P.Spring Lake, NC153148Jan 17, 2017
If you've been to one sub joint, you've been to them all. Service was quick, sandwiches were good. Nothing outstanding or unique. The ingredients are of a higher quality than Subway & the prices reflect that. It isn't as quick and simple as Jimmy John's but it's good in their own way.

Which Wich typically makes a great sub because the ingredients are always super fresh. Here you design your sandwich and the combinations are endless (if not a little overwhelming).
I've been to Which Wich several times and have always enjoyed my sub, but this time the ingredients were skimpy. There was so little chicken salad that I think it was spread on the bread like peanut butter, rather than scooped into the sub roll. Bacon is an additional $2 and it amounted to a sprinkle of bacon bits (upside, it was a fresh crumble). Overall the sub was extremely disappointing. The shop was busy, a testament to the fact that usually Which Wich is a spot on, so I don't know if it was the team this particular visit, or a corporate directive.
Overall, Which Wich is pricey, in terms of a sub ($14 for a large) but there's a loyalty program, and there's a deal for Yelpers so check in before your order.
There is ample covered, outdoor seating. Parking at this location can be a bit tricky (in front of the shop the parking spots are on a weird slope) but the Cameron Village parking area is right there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
