Wheels Plus

If your looking to purchase carports from Wheels Plus, an authorized dealer , I would look elsewhere. This is the second time the burned us. The first carport we ordered was two years ago. What was 1 month out for delivery was actually four and excuse after excuse. ordered another to cover our trailer. We were told they switched dealers due to poor service .Ordered June 6 2016 . At the time of ordering we were told 2to 3 weeks out. After a month passed called back , we were told 10 days out. Two months have passed so called their dealer directly and was informed our order was not listed for delivery at all and unless they can fill a truck ours will not be processed but if and when it is they will give us a three day notice. Crappiest customer service I have ever seen. Lie after lie

Thompson towing is predatory towing!!!!! I walked into Joes log cabin and they towed me within minutes! i went there to pick up a friend drinking and they towed my car with in 5 minutes and then over inflated the fees to my friend who called them. I then called back only maybe 10 min from when car was towed he said just get in am! well they didnt answer phone multiple times and quoted even more charges because it was New Years! but the form they sent from DOL was much less as a cap for fees by law hmmmm! Liars i have a declaration from witnesses about inflated fees then i was hung up on when offered collateral to get my car back and by law a private towing not for illegal or repossesion reasons you have the right to pay what money you have then they can bill you privately or just like a debt with interest. I asked for the contest or forms in conjuction with case! the wife or same last name was yelling and threw it out the upstairs window and i was called names and told i was crazy! Well i know the law because im pretty sure they are gonna go down for poor business practice inflated fees predatory towing! Not being available during business hours! Rude unjustified behaviors! I hope you didnt auction off my car because you didnt respond to my email as well so basically you took my car illegally and withheld my access and verbally abused me and over inflated the fees! Shame on you because I am reporting you to the BBB as well and other poor victoms has as well!
