We use WSS for our little league in San Jose. They are very prompt with delivery and pickup, and servicing is always on time and consistent. I called on Monday to order two toilets for our baseball season and they were delivered first thing Tuesday without additional fees.

We hired Western Site Services for a single portable toilet for a residential construction project. Our contact person was Nicole and she was great. She was able to answer our questions and after getting some preliminary information, she was able to provide us with a written quote within 24 hours. While our project would only last 2 or 3 days, WSS provides the units for a 28 day cycle for the price. So, for a very reasonable rate, we would have been able to keep the portable toilet if our project became extended due to unforeseen issues which anyone who has done residential construction projects knows that it often happens. That was really a good bonus to us.

Once we confirmed the contract with WSS, Craig contacted us via email to process the order and set up the delivery date.

3 days before the date of delivery I contacted WSS to confirm all was in order and Sam helped me. He was able to confirm our order, location and delivery date.

The unit was delivered the day before the start of our project by one of their delivery team members and he worked with our representative on site to place the unit exactly where we needed it.

The unit was absolutely clean inside and out; it looked practically brand new.

Once our construction was completed, WSS was informed via email and they picked up the unit the following day.

Hiring Western Site Services for a portable toilet during our construction project was easy and they provided a clean portable toilet for contractors.

I contacted this company to rent some toilets for a last minute event for my company. The company had great customer service and was very accommodating. They were on time and I was surprised how clean the toilets were. We even ordered a pink one that was pretty. I will definitely contact this company again if I need their services

Rented a toilet for some work we are having done around my parents house in San Jose. They came on time for service every week. The best sanitation service we have received. It was the best service, we tried them for the first time and we will be a returning customer.

my current job was doing renovations on our restrooms and we were having issues with the porter potty company that we were using. My best friend Christina is the manager at western site services and was able to quickly set me up with an account with better pricing. I never have to call lily because the services are always on time quick and consistent. Also a plus was we were able to get pink portable restrooms!!

Called for a quote and that was too much of a bother for the person answering the phones. The company owners should know that bad customer service is costing you customers.

Customer Service needs Improvement. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Proposal I received was Higher then other companies that offer the same products. The lady that sent me the Proposal did not even know pricing I also called and someone else gave me another price verbally.

Take your Business some where else where Pricing does not change all the time from person to person. Zero Stars for this Business.

We have had one of their porta potties in the front yard for months. They used to clean it regularly. For whatever reason, for the last two months, their drivers have decided to drive by and not service it. Really not cool to the folks on the job.

We had an emergency at our commercial building and needed 6 port-a-potty's right away.
I called for a quote and received it back from Priscilla very quickly. I called back to place the order. Danny took the call and placed the order for the toilets to be dropped off same day. About 2 hours later I get a call from Danny that he's on his way with the toilets. The same Danny that took the call. He said that they were running thin on drivers so he took the initiative to bring them out himself. That's what I call GREAT Customer Service. Keep up the good work. I would definitely use and recommend them again.
