Unless you want teeth taken out that are fine to have implants you dont need so that they can make more $. Criminal!
If you make an emergency visit after hours with their call service, it won't be found when you go in, but they will be "nice" enough to fit you in.....
Dentist and her student assistant were rude, I had a painful tooth and rather than extracting the 1 tooth, they drew up a $2000 contract and wouldn't just take care of the 1 tooth.
If you like being treated rudely and being pressured to pay for work you dont need, this is the place for you!!!!!
I would have given negative stars, but was not given the option.

My experience today was so much better than the others I had about a year ago. The hygienist was amazing and obviously knew what she was doing, the dentist was nice and the staff was much better. Overall, much more professional.

Not impressed.

First time we went we were told we'd have to return a week later since they weren't able to contact the insurance company. We returned a week later as rescheduled but they said they "forgot to set the new appointment up" so they told us to come back. The third time we went, they said they weren't able to contact our insurance company (again!) so they said we would have to reschedule AND call the insurance company ourselves.

Not sure what the issue is but I am very disappointed with my experience here.

Service was so poor, I never made it into the dental chair.
They did not have the forms I filled out online and made me fill them out again. I told them the appointment was or a cracked tooth while making the appointment on the phone, and when I arrived.

The woman at the desk kept on referring to my "braces" consultation. Once again I explained it was a cracked tooth. She then informed me there was in insurance issue. I wish they told me that when the once took all of my insurance information over the phone.

I was told that the next available appointment was in a week, so I would need to come back.

I will not come back. If the front office is this much of a mess, I would not trust them medically. And yes, the place is filthy.

The office posted a sign that would be closed due to lack of providers! You sent me a message stating you would be open 3-28 and yet you're closed! I want to know we're the case is being transferred so we can get this done! By brother in law has NO TEETH and was expected to have them in November! Ridiculous!

Scheduled appt over the phone and showed up to my appt on time. The girl in the front had me fill out the papers and rescheduled me for another day without letting me know I wasn't going to be seen that say I understood that I would be seen by a hygienist for the other appt. Sat there for 40 minutes waiting until I asked her and she said I rescheduled you ok well you could have told me and I left and came back to the rescheduled appt. I waited for almost 40 minutes and asked when I would be seen and was told I was next. They called a guy instead so I just walked out. Not sure what the problem is with appointments but they are only good on wasting your time.

Western dental is an amazing dentist.
Nice staff and very helpful.

I have a COMPLAINT the Western Dental on 7th & McDowell Phx, Az are Worst on Earth!! On Jan 3, I went to office & talk with Jackie the Receptionist who was Very Disrespectful & Impolite. She talked very loud to me amongst other Customers about my Personal Business & it was Very Embarrassing. I also ask for the Manager to call me & Never received a call. I will Expose Western Dental and advise you not to use for anything! They have overpriced me & also Excused me of being Delinquent and could not provide me any Proof. I've had it with them and I will Pursue this matter. I also called there Corporate office and receive no Help. My name is Gail Mosley

They will NEVER contact you. They cancel appointments and don't contact the patient that it was cancelled, so you'll still show up and find out then. I literally left work early to go to my appointment, so I was already losing money, and then they had cancelled my appointment and wouldn't see me, with no notice of the cancellation. This has been an issue and I can never get ahold of the office either. Terrible service. 10000% do NOT recommend.

Had appointment two weeks ago after waiting 45 minutes only to find out they were over and hour behind and another patient was before me! The receptionist didn't bother to tell anyone they were late. We rescheduled only to realize she made a mistake as hygienists wouldn't be there that day! Now I'm here at 8:45am only to be told there is only one assistant and you'll have a wait. I'm the second person that has walked in!! It is 9:00 and only 1 assistant has walked in. This isn't the first time I've had to wait! Why isn't the staff here 15 minutes early, so there ready for the first patients? Think twice about making an appointment here.

This is by far the poorest excuse of a dentist office. It is beyond me how they can stay in business. First, the person calling your name in the waiting room can't speak English. Second, don't try to call them because they won't answer. Third, don't ask them to do anything because they won't.
