I called 3/18/24 to schedule a hospital follow-up & was booked for 3/27/24 @ 1:00pm in Kealakekua. However, as I check-in for my appt on the 27th I am told that my appt was cancelled & rescheduled without my knowledge. The girl at the front desk was helpful & informed me this is an ongoing issue they've been dealing with & provided me the name of the person who FAILED to inform me of any schedule changes, COSETTE INIGUEZ-ISAACS. I was offered an appt for 4/26/24 at the EARLIEST. After showing a bit of frustration I was offered a 4/10/24 appt at another branch but I had prior appts on that day as well so I was left with an appt a MONTH out due to a mistake on the business's part. I called to hopefully speak to someone who can offer a better solution or who will listen to my frustrations as I lost both time and money at work and my health concerns are now put on hold. I spoke to someone on the phone who directed me to a Keith Fernandez who was on "lunch break" & would call me back within 20 minutes. I have now been waiting for 2 hours & am left to research other clinics with a more professional & organized facility.

Avoid this place like the plague. They extort people with exorbitant charges and Dr. Fox is at times dismissive and arrogant.

My adult grandson and his family were visiting us. The day after they arrived my grandson got very sick. On Sunday, we couldn't find walk-in clinic open so on Monday morning I called WHCHC and received an appointment for him. The receptionist was kind and very helpful. We went in for the office visit with Anne Broderson, FNP. Anne was incredibly knowledgeable about Covid. She gave us clear instructions and advice. We couldn't have been more pleased with the medical care she gave. The office staff and Anne's assistant were also very nice. They all deserve a 5***** rating.

I couldn't be happier with my experience here. Their customer service is great, and the care team the best experience I can remember. They took their time with me, listened and did not in any way make me feel rushed (even though they were busy) Their online health tracking is really good. They had my information updated by the time I got home from my appointment and logged in. I am thankful having been recommended to go there.

Very rude, impersonal employees. It's more like a cattle call than a doctor's office. Hard to get an appointment and obvious lack of concern for the patients.

Friendly and caring staff. Did not have to wait at my appointment and
got excellent, compassionate service by a doctor who was thorough but not egotistical. She actually listened!

Very disappointed with the care I received from Doctor Price for my TBI. Little knowledge of available resources and concern for improving my situation. Sent me to a neurologist on Oahu who also was very poor (Dr. Kaminskas) while there was a much better neurologist here on the Big Island (Dr. Russo) who actually seemed to care about improving my situation. The basic advice I got from Dr. Price was just don't hit your head again. Yeah, thanks.
Aso the scheduling and waiting room situation there was very poor.

Tiare n Tamara are the dynamic duo of healthcare. Excellent service and attention to detail!

Rest of staff is equally kind, caring and thorough. Can't imagine why negative reviews for this place. They're good about scheduling prompt appointments when attention is needed. They minimize wait time for scheduled appointments. And are prompt w lab results. What's not to like?

Drs are a bunch of quacks . Prescribe antibiotics to my child that was the wrong one for the infection and had to be told by an ER dr. Call call and call an no answers. Find a different dr DO NOT GO HERE
