Prolly worst Wendy's ever... drive thru was horrible! The lady kept saying can I take your order, so I told them and 20 seconds later says please hold. Then proceeds to ask me another 20 seconds later what I wanted and then 20seconds later puts me on hold, then 20 seconds later asked me for my order! Told them I wanted a Double Double! and got a single burger. Called them and just say come back. Didn't even apologize.

I stopped in for a 1 dollar Dave's single today and found the dining room empty at noon.
But why? Wendy's is offering up the best in app deal of the year. Regular price is 6.69 but the special offers it up for a mere 1 dollar.

Ordering on the app makes things a tad more convenient and sometimes you can grab one of the deals. Once you get use to using the app it is a lot more streamline. Juts hit the make icon and let them know you have arrived.
It's Wendys and we all know what to expect, but it is a healthier version of the old Wendy's, the old motto would be "as long as nobody dies with yellow napkins in their hands - were good" today they have lots of chicken and salad options, and deleting cheese and mayo from sandwiches is easy to do even in the app.
The dining room is kept pretty chilly even on cooler days and in the afternoons, it can be filled with kids just hanging out waiting for a bus or ride. I try and avoid that time because it can get really loud.

4 dollar for a cold double stack. Pretty sad 20 an hour and the food is cook even worst then before. The management needs to be retrained and how to cook Wendy food. I use to work at Wendy's for many years and this is sad to see

And you can tell employees are following the lead of the manager. Sad to say I'm going to need to find a new place to spend my money at

I went to this Wendy's earlier today and was very disappointed. The food was not fresh and was cold. I heard a woman behind the counter (which I later learned was the manager named Veronica) yelling at employees and disrespecting them. I heard her tell one person they were slow and stupid. It seemed to be a very hostile environment. I will never go back there. Employees are human, not animals!!

Picked up dinner on Saturday night via drive-through. There was a line but it was moving pretty quickly. We ordered 4 pca nuggets, dave single and dave double. Not bad folks. The burgers will fill you up.

Just came here after craving some type of fast food and thought it would be nice to get some Wendy's since where I am from in San Diego it is always hot and good food. So I ordered a bacon doublestack and large fries and thank god I asked for no salt on the fries because the burger was so cold! Cheese looked like it was just taken out of the fridge and not melted at all. Both Patties were cold and looked like they were cooked over an hour ago, not even left in a warmer. I was reading the reviews and the only 5 star I found said you need to "ask" for the food to be fresh??!! I didn't know that was a requirement when paying for fast food that is clearly pricier than most places and claims to be better. I guess if I ever come here again I will ask for my food to be fresh??

Located right next to Motel 6 so in easy place to grab a bite to eat if you're hungry and staying at the hotel. When we pulled up the two workers were outside, having a smoke brake, when we pulled up into the drive-thru we placed our order. Got to the window to pay and it was one of the girls from outside taking a smoke break, received my meal and the fries were old, cold and oily like dipped twice in the oil. The chicken nuggets were also cold like they were cooked 30 minutes ago maybe even longer than that ordered a chicken sandwich, which was smothered in mayonnaise, and was also cold. There was nobody in the restaurant and nobody through drive-thru so I would suspect that everything that I ordered would be fresh since they actually had nothing else to do besides make fresh food and clean...come on people!! I didn't see the inside but outside seemed to be clear of any trash.

Ordered online pickup. When I got the they told me they have my order to someone else, I can had to argue my way to get my order. The after receiving the biggie bag double stack I ordered, it was a lettuce wrap. I feel they did this on purpose.

06/26/2023. Drive-thru. My wife and I make an order at the speaker. Dinner for the family. One item I ordered was 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets. When we drove up to the window, two of the women working were talking loud and acting unprofessional. According to the receipt, Karen was using the headset microphone and taking the drive-thru orders. She had colorful dreadlocks. The other woman that was even more unprofessional was Deija. She had dark brown dreadlocks. They were talking really loud, as if they were putting on a disrespectful show for the customers. Deija kept the attitude going, and Karen seemed to try and get her to behave properly. As we sat there watching and listening, Karen said something to Deija. Deija replied, "It's not pretty food! It's fast food!" She said this while looking into our truck, like looking for an audience. As we sat there in disbelief, Karen gave me our drinks. Then Deija gave me a single bag full of food. Three to four seconds went by as I just held the bag looking at her. She then said, "It's all there." She was done with me and walked away. She did not offer a customary farewell that is usually done at carry out/drive-thru restaurants, like, have a good night, or see you soon.
I pulled forward and my wife checked the food order. There were no chicken nuggets. I drove back around the building and parked. My wife said this was unacceptable and told me to take it back. I took all the food into the dining room counter and spoke with a young male employee. I told him that we were missing the nuggets, and that there was too much clowning around by the other employees. He apologized and got an order of nuggets. I took the food back out to the truck. My wife told me she was not going to eat the food prepared by the two women. I took the food back in to the counter and told the young man I wanted a refund. He said he would go get his manager. A couple minutes went by, and Deija came to the counter. She asked me if I got the chicken nuggets. I told that I had, but my wife and I didn't want to eat food prepared by someone that loudly proclaimed, "It's not pretty food! It's fast food!" She paused, and looked at me. I then asked her If I could get a refund. She said no because the manager was not there. I then told her to keep the food. I grabbed the receipt and left the place.
Such a disappointment. I've been pretty happy with that Wendy's food, and service from other employees.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
