The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves!! It's obvious you have failed to address basic health conscious maintenances on this establishment.

HEALTH DEPARTMENT you need to reevaluate this as it relates to FDA and health inspections.

Your employees are wonderful!! Yet look at the poor conditions they work in, and serve customers in?!

I order an apple pecan salad and my chicken was dried, only a couple pieces of chicken was in the salad and to top it of it was hard

My mom and I went to this Wendy's 15 minutes ago. When we got home, I took the food out of both bags and I saw my chicken nuggets falling out of the carton. 4 chicken nuggets out a 10pc were disposed.
The fries were also over cooked and overly salty. I do not recommend as it is not clean on the inside. The customer service is ok here. I would not recommend this location, the ones in Montgomery are better.

On way to work around 1045pm Once at drive through automated notification stating the store was closed & try another location came over the speaker. When driving by say 2 workers laughing and trying to hide inside by register. When leaving 2 other vehicles we're turning in, as I pulled off I could see they were ordering. This is not the first time this has happened. Good and honest workers are very hard tocome by these days.

After a long 12 hour drive I stopped at Wendy's drive thru at 10 pm. Employee refused to answer drive thru and when I drove by I saw her trying to hide inside. So crazy I had to laugh, I guess owner doesn't pay the help so they refuse to take orders

Literally the rudest women working at their drive thru windows. Honey, you slide a card all day...no reason to let out a big sigh like your job is so hard.

Walked in to find a super long line so I went to the bathroom to find no soap, a broken paper towel dispenser, & broken trash can. Finally ordered & they were out of kids' juice, we got the last of their Diet Coke (sorry people behind us), & they had no little paper cups for ketchup. We finally got our food & left. Once on the road I realized they gave me no fork for my salad. Terrible all the way around.

I didn't catch the guy's name that was working the drive thru around 11pm tonight, but he was extremely rude. Constantly cutting me off while I was trying to order. He was not professional whatsoever. I get Wendy's quite often because it's usually the only thing that's open when I work late nights. I'm a restaurant manager and the way he reached was downright disappointing. I won't be back to this location every again.

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food chains, and for some times of my life, I've chosen Wendy's for my lunch option every day. I typically go to a Wendy's 1-3 times a week now. Since returning to Prattville, I've only had problems when ordering from this specific restaurant. On this experience, I submitted a mobile order of my favorite meal, and it was incorrect, and the quality of the food was horrific. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, 4 for $4 double stack, with a 4pc spicy nugget, ranch to dip, upgraded large fry, and an upgraded medium Dave's strawberry lemonade. Instead of spicy nuggets, I got regular. Instead of ranch, I got honey mustard. Instead of a medium drink, I got a small. I didn't even get a straw or napkins with my order. All of this is not uncommon for this Wendy's, as this has now happened multiple times. On top of the order being incorrect, I was appalled at the quality. A few reasons I typically choose Wendy's: the fries, the fresh ingredient sandwiches, and the Dave's strawberry lemonade (paying for an upgrade of this, and not getting it was extremely disappointing). My fries were wilted, lukewarm, soggy, and seemed old. You could tell they weren't made fresh. Very sad. As the fries, for me, is one of the few things that separates Wendy's from other establishments, based on this, I would choose a McDonalds or Chick-fil-A for higher quality, as this restaurant cant supply the high quality that Wendy's typically lives up to.
