Wendy's

A typical Wendy's. Clean restaurant, fresh food. About what you expect from this chain, which is of course what you want when picking a fast food option, right?

You know, we don't go to a fast food restaurant for 5 star cuisine, but we go to them for familiarity, consistency, convenience, and to catch a quick bite on the go. Although the service was friendly enough, the food was sadly...just sad. I got the $6 Grab Bag or whatever it's called with the double burger. Yes, I know you get what you pay for, but even with that mindset, the fries don't need to be old, and extra salty. Clearly the fries were sitting out for a while and then possibly dropped in the oil to give a quick "refresher". The thing is, with old fries, you can NEVER fool someone who has had countless fast food prepared fries. The patties on the burger were dried and also not fresh. Needless to say, being near an interstate one would think the restaurant would cycle through food enough to have fresher outputs. Or at least not try to trick your patrons in to thinking you care about what you are serving. Dave would be upset had he experienced what I did. I usually end my reviews encouraging others to support local businesses, unfortunately in this case I'd advise you to steer clear if you care about your salt intake and quality of food.
I was sick all night after eating here, so possibly food poisoning? Not sure, but not ruling it out.

Our Bolivar Wendy's is the best! I'm pretty sure that Dave Thomas's spirit is on vacation in Bolivar-Zoar because they are always fast, courteous, & serve those juicy burgers with love!

They've also been very supportive of the Community Business Association of Northern Tuscarawas county's Community sign which I've always thought was a nice way to give back to the community!
