Wendy's

Went here tonight to pick up dinner. Got the combo for the both of us of the grilled mushroom bacon burger with fries and a drink. Their fries were luke warm and not that good. The burger was a big disappointment and was small like most fast food places. Done with Wendy's since it's like every other fast food dump. The hamburger looks nothing what you see on TV. Barely taste the bacon and crispy onion strips were soggy.

You can find this Wendy's easily, in the corner of the A St. intersection. I order through app, and drive thru is never too crazy at this location

Fast food is fast food.

I've never had a problem with this location. They've always been accurate and the food has always been hot and fresh.

I always place my order online and just arrive at the drive thru and let them know it's an online order. This makes the experience much quicker, plus you can get deals on their app that are only available online ;)

First I'd like to give a big shout out to the employees & management at this particular store... Wendy's on A st in Antioch, Ca. Your team is always professional, always seem to be happy & your customer service is great... JUAN & FRANCISCO & THE AWESOME MANAGER WORKING ON 5/6/23 at 6:30pm.....Thank you for making my order so perfect! .... Anyone who has been to this location is very familiar with the continues non-stop it seems, line in the drive-thru that's wrapped around the building... maybe these employees are slow... not the case! The food is always good, hot & fresh! Can you go to other fast food establishments and order garlic fries? Or homemade chili? How about a Strawberry frosty, or square all beef patty? I think not... almost forgot about their baked potatoes....soooo fluffy & good! Unlike a majority of fast food establishments, Wendy's has real food, with real substance, reasonably priced & a great selection for all types of eaters and if you are dining inside I'm sure you'll be pleased at how up to date they keep their stores looking... keep up the great work!!

Drive thru always messes up the orders. It's so frustrating. Maybe they need to get their speaker fixed

I use to come to this place almost everyday, but since they can't get my order right. I'll be go to Jack in the crack from now on...

I've got to say I love coming to this Wendy's. Norma always does a great job greeting you with a big smile and make sure your order is exactly what you want. They are very fast and effective at their job and very professional.

Wendy's is Wendy's; it's fast food that tastes pretty good and seemingly more "fresh" than some other fast food options. Always enjoy the taste of Wendy's food, but that's not what's getting the 5-stars here. I come here maybe every other week or so specifically during breakfast hours and the employees at this location are the STARS of this review. They speak clearly at the order speaker and no matter who I have interacted with, they are always incredibly polite and kind. Major props to them for being nice (especially in the A.M. when we all would probably rather be in bed) and for delivering such wonderful customer service. Keep it up! You are appreciated!

3/3/2020 - Today for lunch I ordered a single hamburger combo, no cheese with a natural lemonade. I had to do this review because I haven't enjoyed a Wendy's meal in years. Everything was hot and my natural lemonade was everything. A perfect meal on a great Tuesday!!!!

I don't live here, and my Wendy's doesn't try this hard to keep their customers happy and coming back!!! This Wendy's had great service as well.

They even put our orders in separate bags because all of our burgers were different and they didn't mind giving us a drink tray, because some drive-thru's will NOT offer even if you have four or more drinks, and another drive-thru gripe is napkins; too stingy with them; but not here!!

The total was a little stiff, but it was well worth it!!!

First of all I didn't Order a sausage sandwich I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit and second they left the egg shells in my sandwich how are you guy gonna give me the wrong sandwich and leave the shells in it do better!
