Omg if you're desperate enough, then do what you must.... but I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY! Worst location ever. Small parking lot that you are forced to go through the drive-thru line, and then suffer through the excruciating long wait.

Reminds me of that movie Silence Of The Lambs, keeping victims in (Wells), and that other one with McDormand as a cop (Fargo).
I was actually trying to review the ATM that's on the grounds at Walmart next to the gas station, but I've been inside this bank which is directly across the street too, and I guess they must own the ATM because the listings were merged forevermore.
The bank itself is friendly enough and helpful when we need money out of our Wells Fargo account or in general.
The ATM is even more convenient, located right on the grounds at Walmart even though it's a little bit shady. I am a customer this bank for long time. This morning I was come to this bank withdrawal some money I have to wait 30' the tellers tell me have to wait for Manager to sign when the Manager comes she go to another tellers so I have to wait more when she's come I said to long too wait I have to work, then she's returned my ID and withdrawal clips she's told me go to another bank.Is she Manager? Her attitude so rude, she's so impolite to the customer I have never seen, very very bad Manager..I so sad

Thank God I don't bank with these derelicts. Unfortunately I have to come here because I have to deposit a check into some poor soul who does bank here. It's currently Saturday and this is open until noon. Once a month I come here to waste time. Let me explain the process. I arrive. I see a long line. I see the building is clearly understaffed and I say "that's right, I'm at Wells Fargo." so rather than stand in line bored I decided I'd use my time more wisely and just leave a one star review. 1 star is still too much. Sadly yelp doesn't allow negative numbers nor an infinite sign. So 1 star is far more than this company deserves. The crazy thing is this is a known problem. Look at the reviews. What's going to happen? I'll get a response "I'm sorry you feel this way. I'd like to hear more from you." What else is there to say? This isn't rocket science. You don't need to hear from me. Want to know more? Read the review again. Anyway if you're considering banking here show up on a Saturday and you'll reconsider. I've never had this problem with any other bank. Just Wells Fargo. It's. No surprise the logo is a horse drawn wagon. It feels like I'm in the 19th century here and they're sending out messages via pony express.

i am so completely disappointed with wells fargo, the banker was doing absolutely nothing and had gotten all her appointments and clients out the way and she kept refusing to help us people like that shouldn't work there, you should help your client if you can . never going back there

Let me join everyone with my recent disappointment at this Wells Fargo Bank at the corner of Beltway and Beechnut.
Yesterday, my friend called me frantically about her credit card was charged multiple times by a stranger. But that person was not a stranger to this branch because the drive-through teller gave her debit Visa card and driver's license to a wrong customer. What the FLIck?
I rarely go inside now after I used tellers a few times and found how inefficient they are with our money. The workers were under a lot of pressure. They no longer appeared happy.
Few years ago, I witnessed a horrible customer service experience that kept me switching to other branches. My other friend and I went inside the branch. The teller was grilling him for information because he forgot to bring his ATM card. As part of procedure to cash a Wells Fargo cashier check, they needed an ATM card and driver's license. He repeatedly requesting to stop the transaction because it was inappropriate to devour personal information out loud while other customers could hear.
At the end, he had to talk to the manager and filed a formal complaint with corporate office. He never came back to this branch. Its sister branch can't even compete with this Wells Fargo Bank.
During off-peak hours, a friendly greeter always greets customers as they walk in. The tellers handle their everyday transactions efficiently. When you feel they deserve praises, you hit the chime. "Ding." Then, the staff clapped their hands to show acknowledgment.
I have been banking here since Wachovia Bank conversion. Over the years, I've learned not take care complicated transactions when they are short-handed. And, be very careful at this congested street corner - parking would be a major task during weekends and after-work hours. Do NOT use this bank. They are rude and do nothing but waste time. As a business owner, they have treated me so badly and so unfairly while helping others with far more complicated issues. I am going to remove all my money and use another bank. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
An average transaction can never be completed trough the drive through. The most simple things, like CHANGE for my business! They want the customers so they can abuse us and treat us badly? No more!! I deposit around 500,000 a year and I guess that's not enough to keep my business?

This bank attracts a lot of unprofessional clients and they do nothing about it. People play loud rap music with vulgar words and the staff does nothing. I had to stand in line for a teller having to listen to a random guy try to rap. Do not bring young children here.
